Zhang Zhongrong, Director of the Nursing Department, reported on the completion of nursing work in 2023 and the nursing work plan in 2024, and summarized the achievements of the nursing team in nursing management, nursing quality, nursing continuing education management, and high-quality nursing services. She said that in 2024, she will continue to standardize work management based on the actual work and promote nursing work to a new level.
Zhang Qian, deputy director of the Nursing Department, summarized and analyzed the nursing adverse events in 2023, and carried out safety warning education for the nursing staff in the hospital from four aspects: the interpretation of the special action plan for patient safety (2023-2025), the nursing adverse event system, the analysis of nursing adverse events in 2023, and the sharing of typical cases. It further enhances the safety awareness of nursing staff, achieves pre-assessment and risk control, reduces potential safety hazards, and promotes continuous improvement of nursing quality.
