In the play, the two protagonists need to fight against their father's killers, but who expected, the two may be too involved and actually beat actor Wang Bozhao directly into the hospital. Even though Wang Bozhao had already felt that something was wrong during the filming and said that he could not shoot again, the two still did not stop.
In the end, when the ambulance arrived at the scene, Wang Bozhao had been beaten and covered in blood. After the incident was exposed, Wang Bozhao believed that Zhang Weijian did it on purpose.
Zhang Weijian said that the reason why he reacted so violently was because Wang Bozhao often harassed female staff in the crew.
This incident has caused widespread concern and controversy. Although Zhang Weijian later explained that his actions occurred only after the female staff member asked for help, the incident still seriously damaged his image.
His career fell into a trough again, his reputation was hit, and for a while, he lost all the resources of his works in the entertainment industry, no one was willing to cooperate with him, and few directors invited him to film.
