HOLPOSON® ECORING is a fluorine-free single protection finisher that complies with REACH regulations, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and other standards. At present, international well-known brands such as NIKE, ADIDAS, UNIQLO and other clothing companies have jointly participated in the formulation of a zero discharge of hazardous chemicals (ZDHC) roadmap, and the main goal is to stop using C8, C6, C4 and other fluorine-containing (PFCs) water and oil repellents. HOLPOSON® ECORING is a new concept of functional textile finish, which is used alone as a non-fluorinated water repellent agent, and has excellent waterproof and washable effects on cotton fiber and synthetic fiber textiles. It is more waterproof and washable, has almost no effect on the color of the fabric, and feels softer.

II. How to use
1. Cotton fabric
The concentration of HOLPOSON® ECORING varies depending on the fiber to be processed, the required properties, the processing conditions, etc., so in order to achieve the effect of durable waterproofing and waterproofing stains, we recommend the following:
HOLPOSON® ECORING：60 - 80 g/L
HOLPOSON®HFM：10~20g/L
Adjust pH: 4.5~5
Drying (70% carry-over rate): 120°C× 90 sec

2 Anti-permeability pretreatment before coating

Product performance
1. It is recommended for durable, waterproof, anti-siphon, and hydrostatic pressure resistant finishing of cotton fibers and synthetic fibers.
2. It hardly affects the feel and breathability of the processed fabric, and is especially suitable for anti-penetration treatment before water-based coating.
3. When used for cellulose fiber, it needs to be used with cross-linking agent to achieve excellent durability and waterproof effect.
Precautions
1. Slowly add HOLPOSON®ECORING to soft water by stirring before use, remember not to stir the working liquid at high speed, this is due to the high shear force may destroy the emulsion.
2. Before doing waterproof finishing, please check the residual additives, salts, fibers and other substances on the surface of the fabric, the presence of these substances will reduce the waterproof effect, so the fabric to be treated must be fully pretreated to ensure that there is no residue of surfactant substances.
3. Do not prepare too much working liquid at one time and store it for a long time, and the prepared working solution should be used up as soon as possible
Storage
Packed in 60kg plastic drums, stored in warehouses above 0°C, and stored for one year during the stable period. Make sure the container is tightly closed after opening and using. Store indoors to avoid high temperatures and severe cold.
