HOLPOSON® Ironing Free resin is a formaldehyde-free finishing agent for cellulose fiber and its blended fabrics, which is mainly used in the anti-wrinkle finishing of clothing fabrics based on shirts, professional wear and hats, giving the fabric good anti-wrinkle and iron-free performance, and is not restrained when wrinkled, not easy to wrinkle, and has a soft feel.
1. Physical and chemical properties
Appearance: White viscous liquid
Solubility Dilute in any proportion and dissolve in cold water
Compatibility can be mixed with most finishing additives, and it is recommended to test before mixing with other additives.
II. How to use
The general dosage of impregnation treatment is:
HOLPOSON® Ironing Free 40～ 160g/L
Rolling rate 70 %
One dip and one roll → Drying (110°C×1~3 minutes) → Setting (150-160°C×1~2 minutes)
Product performance
1. The finished clothes have a good anti-wrinkle and iron-free effect, which improves the wrinkle recovery ability of the fabric;
2. The finished fabric feels soft;
3. The finished fabric has a good washable effect.
Precautions
1. The fabric should be kept clean and free of impurities before finishing, so that the fabric has good moisture absorption;
2. Since the resin reaction needs to be catalyzed by acid, it is recommended to adjust the pH of the cloth surface of the finished fabric to the neutral range, and the cloth surface should not be alkaline;
3. Before processing the resin, perform the necessary tests according to the facilities and other conditions of the factory. In order to prevent affecting the strength and color of the fabric;
4. Use warm water (about 30-40°C) when chemical materials, which can ensure good processing stability and long-lasting effect of the product.
Storage
HOLPOSON® Ironing Free packing: 25KG, 60KG plastic drums, storage period of 12 months. Store indoors to avoid high temperatures and severe cold.
