EB-5 investment immigration is in a favorable period!

On October 11, 2023, the latest announcement on the official website of the Immigration Bureau clearly stated that the investment needs to meet the new immigration policy need to be maintained for at least 2 years, that is, the investment can be returned in at least 2 years.
This subverts the old policy in terms of policy, and there is a phenomenon that the investment funds cannot be returned after a long waiting period. It means that investors in the New Deal will say goodbye to "reinvestment" completely, and the investment funds will be safer and the risk will be greatly reduced.
