Xingyu Children's Health Center is a private welfare institution for disabled children with a history of more than 20 years, and as the first public welfare social organization in Shanghai that mainly serves children with autism and other developmental disabilities, it was recognized as the first batch of "Sunshine Baby" rehabilitation institutions by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation.
