Liuxianping Village is located 23 kilometers northwest of Danfeng County, Danjing Highway passes through, the total area of the village is 20 square kilometers, and it has jurisdiction over 9 villager groups with 556 households and 1656 people, and 3 party branches with 80 party members. Since the beginning of this year, Liuxianping Village, Caichuan Town, Danfeng County, has adhered to the theme of promoting rural revitalization through party building, and has continued to promote the construction of red beautiful village pilot villages and rural revitalization demonstration villages with the creation of six-star party organizations as the starting point, and party building has led the steady improvement of various undertakings at the village level.
Grasp the organization and lead, and reshape the spatial form. We will continue to adhere to the general requirements of "red party flag, excellent ecology, strong industry, rich farmers, and good rural customs" put forward by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee for red beautiful villages, and have hired professional organizations to compile village construction plans in accordance with the layout of the "four zones" of ecological livable areas, red and tourist-friendly areas, characteristic industrial areas, and research and training areas. In accordance with the requirements of convenience for the masses and management norms, the village party and mass service center was renovated, 2 kilometers of riverside trails were laid, 1 bridge was reconstructed, 1 fishing pond was built, the original Liuxianping Township Government Building was transformed into a training student accommodation area, the decoration and layout of the visitor center was completed, and the layout of the village functional zoning was further optimized.
Grasp the selection and breeding of talents, and boost the demeanor of the countryside. Focusing on the industrial chain, we have established a talent workstation for rural revitalization, established a dynamic talent database of 26 people in six categories, hired 1 honorary secretary, developed 6 "double-belt" party members, reserved 13 reserve cadres, and carried out 5 training sessions on employment skills, practical technology, and e-commerce for 230 people. Vigorously implement the "34000" project to catch up with the action, the secretary of the village party branch took the lead in leading the industry, guiding more than 10 talented people to return to their hometowns to start businesses, and the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in and support rural revitalization was further stimulated.
Pay attention to environmental governance and protect the beautiful ecology. Actively cooperate with the county to implement the Danjing Road reconstruction and Laojun River embankment project, repair 1.5 kilometers of farmland irrigation water system, implement greening in key areas around the village, include the thousand-year-old acacia in the village into the protection list of ancient and famous trees and implement comprehensive treatment of the growth environment, the village has built a total of 5 public toilets, and the toilet penetration rate has reached 96%, and the garbage removal and transportation of 3 villages in the Laojun River Basin have been contracted by the Liuxianping Village Collective Economic Cooperative to implement the "Clean Caichuan" Five mechanisms, the continuous improvement of the living environment, the creation of the 3A scenic spot of Liuxianping Red Tourist Scenic Spot has been evaluated by the city and named China's beautiful leisure village.
Grasp the cultivation of industries and upgrade traditional formats. A total of 11 assets of idle school buildings, factories and farmhouses were renovated and utilized, and Liuxianping Rural Industry Development Co., Ltd. was registered and established in cooperation with a professional team, receiving more than 30,000 tourists annually, and receiving 45 batches of 3,600 trainees in the education base, contributing 800,000 yuan to the village collective economy. Promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, build 17 fruit and vegetable picking greenhouses, open a mountain specialty processing factory, develop more than 10 kinds of characteristic products, 2 registered trademarks, and sell 420,000 yuan in orders in 2023, driving more than 80 households to increase their income and get rich.
Grasp cultural excavation and inherit historical culture. In-depth excavation of historical and cultural resources, built 1 village history museum, 1 red theater, 1 red book house, renovated the former residence of Zhang Xiaocang martyrs, compiled and printed "Red Liuxianping" literature and books, arranged "Red Liuxianping" sitcom, set up a volunteer explanation team composed of town and village cadres and village sages, and carried out 330 activities of telling party history, party lessons, stories and deeds, giving full play to the role of cultural people, and was rated as a research and education base for primary and secondary school students in Shaanxi Province.
