The artists selected for this honor have super high artistic attainments and lofty ideological and moral qualities, they take the inheritance and development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture as their own responsibility, continue to work hard, continue to innovate, read through the ancient and modern, integrate the Chinese and the West, so that the art of Chinese painting and calligraphy presents a new look, and gradually push Chinese art to the peak of world art.
Shi Chehui, commonly known as Li Xiaojun, male, Han nationality, was born in Nantong, Jiangsu Province in June 1974.
He used to work in the Putuoshan Monastery of Buddhism, and is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, a national first-class calligrapher, a visiting professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the abbot of Wanfu Luyuan Temple in Zhangzhou, Fujian. On October 1, 2010, he published a paper "A Brief Exploration of Calligraphy" in the 487th issue of "Chinese Talents", and ten works such as "Virtue and Virtue" and "Washing the Heart Like a Mirror" were included.
In 2023, he won the honorary title of "Key Recommended Artist of the Belt and Road", was hired as a CCTV art tutor by CCTV's "Art Master" column group, and was awarded a studio plaque.
