Combined with the actual situation of the urban area, the district urban management bureau has carried out a carpet investigation on the operation of drainage facilities and equipment in the waterlogged road section, especially the hidden dangers of safe operation, formulated a detailed maintenance plan for drainage facilities, and established a ledger for the blockage of drainage pipelines and existing problems, so as to speed up the implementation of rectification.
Combined with the rainfall and water accumulation in previous years, the District Urban Management Bureau has accelerated the completion of shortcomings, and invested 9 million yuan to implement the construction of rainwater pipelines on Zhifeng Road, Bohai Road and other roads, which have all been put into use. The renovation of sewage interception trunk pipes has been implemented to improve the collection capacity of urban domestic sewage, and 1,114 sets of rainwater outlets on urban roads have been "leveled", and the rainwater collection efficiency has been effectively improved. We have done a good job in the reserve and renewal of flood control materials, strengthened the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in flood control facilities, dredged 32.8 kilometers of drainage pipe networks, replaced 24 gates, and replaced more than 1,500 sets of manhole covers. We have strengthened the construction of flood control teams, built a solid "chain of responsibility" for flood control, and the number of urban flood prevention emergency response teams has reached more than 380 people. Improve and enhance the functions of the "smart flood control" system, real-time monitoring, full-time monitoring, and value-added early warning of the operation of urban flood control and water-prone road sections and river systems, so as to build a solid safety line of urban drainage and flood prevention.
