Seven years ago, Wu Simin, a native of Zhejiang, responded to the country's call for poverty alleviation and came to Guizhou with the fungus skills passed down from his father. The following year, the first interest-free and guarantee-free industrial poverty alleviation model in the national insurance industry, "Ping An Poverty Alleviation Insurance", was launched, and Wanlong Company, founded by Wu Simin, became the first enterprise to land.
With the help of the whole chain of Ping An Property & Casualty, the "small mushroom shed" in Miao County has gradually become a "big base", and Wanlong has expanded from the initial 4 greenhouses to 48 greenhouses today, becoming the largest mushroom production enterprise in southeast Guizhou, driving the villagers to increase their income from 9 households at the beginning to more than 600 households and 2,600 villagers today, achieving a double harvest of enterprises and farmers.

Taijiang County is located at the northern foot of Leigong Mountain, the main peak of Miao Mountains, with a Miao population accounting for 98%, so it is named "the first county of Miao nationality in the world".
In the past, due to the lack of language, transportation, and resources, Taijiang's economic development was backward, and it was one of the places with the highest incidence of poverty in Guizhou. In 2018, there were 93 impoverished villages in Taijiang, with more than 58,000 poor people. Industrial development is particularly constrained, with the lack of large-scale industrial enterprises in the local area, and most of the farmers grow corn, rice and other crops scattered to barely maintain food and clothing for their families.
Seven years ago, Wu Simin came to the local area in response to Taijiang's investment promotion, and it took him a week to run through the whole county, and finally found a high-quality water source at the foot of Leigong Mountain, and decided to introduce the cultivation of maitake and shiitake mushrooms.
Maitake is a mushroom that is both edible and medicinal, the flesh is crisp and tender, and it has a good health care effect and high medicinal value. But it is far from easy to cultivate a small strain into a big industry.
Industrial prosperity is the core of rural revitalization. In the second year of Wu Simin's enterprise, Ping An Property & Casualty actively responded to the national poverty alleviation strategy, and after in-depth communication and in-depth research with the government departments of Qiandongnan Prefecture, it chose Taijiang County as the first stop of industrial assistance, selected the edible fungus industry as a key project, and Wanlong Company as a pilot enterprise to explore the "Taijiang" model covering the whole chain and the whole cycle of assistance before, during and after production.

The mushrooms grown will also be graded, and the farmers who grow first-class mushrooms will receive a maximum of 20,000 yuan, which suddenly activates the confidence of local villagers, and the greenhouse will soon be in short supply. ”
From the initial "wait-and-see greenhouse" to "rush to claim the greenhouse", "Ping An Poverty Alleviation Guarantee" truly activates the initiative of farmers to "I want to get rid of poverty", and works together with helping enterprises to run towards common prosperity.
In the past, if farmers wanted to participate in mushroom cultivation, they had to buy mushroom sticks from enterprises, pay greenhouse rental fees, and only after mushrooms were produced and sold to enterprises could they obtain direct profits. Like Wanlong, in Wanghutun Village, Laotun Township, Taijiang County, grapes, purple potatoes and morels are "rotated" from Ping An's assistance fund, allowing villagers to taste the "sweetness" of the development of new agricultural formats.

Zhang Jie, head of the People's Government of Laotun Township, Taijiang County, told reporters that the base adopts rotation, with grapes and purple potatoes in spring and summer, and morels in autumn and winter, which effectively expands income and improves land utilization. "There are 5 greenhouses in the base, and the yield of morel mushrooms per mu is expected to reach 800 catties, the yield of grapes per mu is about 500 catties, the total output of purple potatoes is about 10,000 catties, and the annual output value of the entire industrial park is about 800,000 yuan. ”

The village committee adopts the "5311" proportional distribution, 50% is used to expand production, 30% is used to distribute dividends to the three types of poverty alleviation households to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, 10% is used to care for the elderly and the young in ordinary households, and 10% is used to encourage village cadres to achieve joint construction and sharing, and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the project.
The assistance funds activate the endogenous driving force for the development of Miao Township, and inject the market-oriented concept of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone into the local area.
