Strengthen organizational leadership. The leadership team of the brigade attaches great importance to the establishment of a special work leading group, strictly implements the requirements of service-oriented law enforcement, increases publicity, unblocks channels for complaints and reports, and ensures the smooth development of special work. Carry out "big visits" to administrative law enforcement to create a good atmosphere of public opinion. The brigade organized law enforcement personnel to go into enterprises, take to the streets for law enforcement service counterparts, through oral inquiry, distribution of questionnaires, brochures, on-site lectures and answering questions, etc., to publicize traffic laws and regulations, understand the demands of administrative management objects, and resolve law enforcement contradictions. So far, the brigade has dispatched 98 propaganda personnel, dispatched more than 10 propaganda vehicles, received 195 consultations, and distributed more than 2,800 publicity questionnaires and brochures. Strengthen the "general inspection" of administrative law enforcement. Combined with the current focus of traffic law enforcement work, the downtown area is indiscriminately parked, illegal operation of "black cars" and other violations of laws and regulations, so far a total of more than 20 vehicles have been investigated; timely cleaning up the highway pavement of fallen stones, fallen branches, stacked sand, billboards and other obstacles, up to now a total of more than 2,000 highway barricades, eliminating the hidden dangers of highway safety, to ensure the highway "green, clean, smooth, safe and beautiful"; relying on the provincial high-speed control platform, at the highway intersection, increase the "two passengers, one danger and one cargo" The law enforcement inspection of vehicles shall strictly investigate and deal with illegal business activities such as unlicensed operation, passenger chartered buses, shuttle bus operations and tourist chartered buses. Up to now, a total of more than 60 transport vehicles of various types have been inspected, effectively curbing the occurrence of road traffic accidents and escorting the safe travel of the people. Use the "Henan Comprehensive Law Enforcement" platform, government affairs hotline, and transportation service hotline to return visits to completed cases through telephone, text messages, WeChat, and on-site visits. So far, the law enforcement officers of the brigade have answered a total of 5 questions from the masses during their return visits. Use overrun detection stations, processing centers and other administrative law enforcement windows to set up consultation desks, tea tables, medicine boxes and other convenient facilities, and actively provide free boiling water, medicines and other items for drivers and passengers in the past, so as to achieve the organic combination of service-oriented law enforcement and standardized law enforcement, blend and promote each other, practice the purpose of serving the people, and continue to improve the people's satisfaction with traffic law enforcement.
