Since joining the procuratorate in 1996, she has always been fighting in the front line of the procuratorate, handling more than 3,000 criminal cases of various kinds.
Under the leadership of Zhang Zhenhong, the criminal prosecution work of the court has always been among the best in the city, and the 3 cases handled have been rated as national typical (high-quality) cases, and 3 cases have been selected as typical cases in the province, and have been awarded the national advanced individual for safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children, the monthly "peace hero" of China's Chang'an Sword, the second-class merit of fair law enforcement in Shandong Province, the political and legal cadres and policemen who are satisfied with the people of Shandong Province, and the most beautiful female prosecutor in Shandong Province.

"Every case handled by the procuratorial organs is related to fairness and justice, and all carry the vital interests of the parties!" This is Zhang Zhenhong's experience in handling the case written in his work diary.
During the review and prosecution phase of an abuse case, Zhang Zhenhong promptly organized a supplementary investigation and confirmed that there was a criminal law causal relationship between her husband Zhang's assault and his wife Li's suicide, and Zhang was finally sentenced to six years in prison. Seeing that the two minor sons were reluctant to go out to meet people and talk, Zhang Zhenhong was very heartbroken, she always thought that the work should take another step forward, so that the mentally injured children can get out of the haze of domestic violence as soon as possible, so she visited and cared for the children many times, and successively applied for judicial assistance and "de facto orphan" civil assistance for them, so that their basic life has been guaranteed. When he found that his child's grades were indeed difficult to enter high school, after listening to the child's wishes and obtaining the consent of his grandparents, Zhang Zhenhong helped the child transfer to a vocational and technical school to learn skills. Sincerity in exchange for true feelings, this child who is about to complete his studies and go to society will never forget the amiable and respectable Aunt Zhang, and the child's grandparents are willing to find the prosecutor Zhang who "understands the law" when they encounter difficulties. Through the handling of the case, Zhang Zhenhong also actively joined hands with relevant departments such as the Civil Affairs Department, the Women's Federation, and the Youth League Committee to jointly do a good job in the rescue and assistance of the minors involved in the case, effectively forming a new pattern of judicial, administrative, and social forces complementing and interacting with each other.

In recent years, Zhang Zhenhong has confronted the problem head-on, taken responsibility, and explored three mechanisms for implementing plea leniency, which have been forwarded and promoted by the provincial procuratorate; established a working mechanism to strengthen coordination and cooperation with the supervision organs to advance the special struggle against organized crime and vice in depth; established a consultation mechanism for "improper sentencing" with the courts to ensure the correct application of the plea leniency system; handled compliance cases involving enterprises with high quality and efficiency, and explored the mechanism of "comprehensive compliance + compliance commitment + follow-up visits" to help private enterprises achieve stability and long-term success.
On the basis of in-depth investigation and research, she researched and formulated the "Implementation Opinions on Giving Full Play to the Procuratorial Function to Help Promote Rural Revitalization in an All-round Way", and strived to create a comprehensive performance mechanism of "one room, one station, one member", and took the lead in setting up an agriculture-related procuratorial office in the city, setting up a procuratorial workstation in the national agricultural and food innovation industrial park, and setting up a procuratorial liaison in the township to coordinate and promote the agricultural inspection work. Focusing on five aspects, including agricultural material safety, ecological security, seed safety, and industrial safety, we will make every effort to escort agricultural production and improve the quality and efficiency of agriculture-related inspection work.

Zhang Zhenhong has many "first" titles in the hospital, from the initial computer major secondary school student, to today's criminal prosecution and case handling experts, Zhang Zhenhong has long been brave to shoulder heavy burdens, self-pressure internalized into a work habit, in the case of learning, in the study of seeking, she has quietly gone through 28 spring and autumn. "It is not only necessary to handle cases, but also to complete model cases, and take the initiative to handle 'big and difficult new' rather than 'small and simple popular' cases. This is Zhang Zhenhong's true feeling.
In view of the increasing number of young cadres and policemen year by year, Zhang Zhenhong has increased internal potential by improving the training mechanism for young cadres and police, improving the case debate and discussion mechanism, organizing follow-up learning, and participating in the handling of major cases. In addition, a growth plan has been formulated for each police officer, with whole-process tracking, process monitoring, effect testing, and achievement display, and efforts have been made to cultivate a group of business leaders.
