Later in the book, Harry recalls their first meeting, admitting that he was more nervous than meeting the Queen.
He wrote: "After waiting for a while, the door opened and my brother appeared, and it was obvious that he was dressed up. Nice pants, nice shirt, open collar. I introduced Megan to him and she leaned over and gave him a hug, which completely freaked him out. He took a few steps back. ”
William doesn't hug strangers, whereas Meghan hugs most strangers. That moment was a classic clash of cultures, both fun and fascinating.
