Lotus starts at 668,000 yuan! It is 230,000 yuan cheaper than the Taycan, can Porsche still sit still?

Lotus officially announced: the pure electric sedan EMEYA Fanhua was officially launched, with a price range of 668,000 yuan to 1.18 million yuan, and the entry version is 230,000 yuan cheaper than the core competitor - Porsche Taycan. EMEYA is based on the 800V high-voltage EPA platform, with dual motors, the maximum power is stronger than that of the Porsche Taycan, and it only takes 2.78s to accelerate from zero to 100, and the cruising range is 650km.

Compared to its rivals, EMEYA has an unbeatable advantage in terms of size. Derived from the supercar's porous design, it features a flip-out lidar, active wind control package, frameless doors, a contrasting roof, an electric rear spoiler, and competitive calipers and perforated brake discs, all with an ultra-low drag of 0.21 and a downforce of up to 215kg.

EMEYA Fanhua provides two layouts of 5 and 4 seats, equipped with a narrow LCD instrument + 15.1-inch central control screen + 12.6-inch interactive narrow screen, 55-inch AR-HUD head-up display, intelligent partition panoramic canopy (10 levels of adjustment), ambient lighting and KEF brand audio, supporting Dolby Atmos and active noise cancellation technology. The new car also offers a wide range of options, including 6/10-piston calipers, bimetallic lightweight discs, carbon-ceramic discs, and a carbon fibre roof.

The EMEYA is equipped with two types of power, the regular version is equipped with a front and rear dual motor with a maximum power of 225kW, and the performance version has the same front motor parameters as the regular version, and the rear motor power has been increased to 450kW, and the top speed is 256km/h. The new car supports 800V fast charging, which can increase the range of 180km in 5 minutes, and can charge from 10% to 80% in 15 minutes.
