Zhidian Travel learned from MINI dealers that the new electric MINI Cooper three-door version, the first model launched after the joint venture between Great Wall and BMW, is expected to be launched at the Beijing Auto Show (April 25). The all-new electric MINI Cooper retains the classic design elements of the gasoline MINI model, and the interior design is more technological. According to salespeople's estimates, the starting price of the new car may be 160,000 yuan.

The new electric MINI Cooper has a closed front grille with air intakes at the bottom, a floating roof on the sides, semi-concealed door handles, and triangular light clusters at the rear that are connected to a gloss black trim strip. The cockpit of the new car is equipped with the industry's first circular OLED LCD screen, and the new MINI operating system is built-in, providing a stylized "MINI" or digital pet in the image of an English bulldog.

The MINI COOPER E has a maximum power of 135 kW and a maximum torque of 290 Nm and a range of 305 km in WLTP mode, while the MINI COOPER SE model has a maximum power of 160 kW and a maximum torque of 330 Nm and a range of 402 km in WLTP mode.
