Recently, Hong Kong artist Kwan Zhibin has attracted much attention for appearing in Hong Kong dramas again after many years, and he recently gave an exclusive interview to Hong Kong media, talking about a lot of his views on this drama and his previous experience in the mainland.
He plays a character who uses his handsome appearance to deceive women in ViuTV's new drama "Law and Love", he said that he is fully committed to the role, although he looks uninhibited on the outside, but in fact he is 42 years old, he has tried to change his image to suit different roles, but it does not seem that much change is needed, if the director needs a 40-year-old actor who maintains a childlike appearance, he said that he is fully competent.
In the bed scene part of the play, Guan Zhibin said that he didn't feel pressure, but the opponent was Jia Xiaochen, the wife of the famous actor Fan Shaohuang, so he was only a little nervous, and hoped that the other party would not reveal too much to Fan Shaohuang. He emphasized that when filming the bed scene, he was most concerned about whether the lines of the picture were perfect, rather than other factors.
Kwan sees himself as an optimistic personality that he doesn't immediately realize even when he encounters difficulties, and he shares these experiences as if they were happy. His performance on the show "Overcoming Thorns 3" made him rise in popularity again, and although he was initially worried about the unfamiliarity of the language and living environment, he thanked the show for allowing him to push his limits. Kwan Zhibin said that through the show, he has more ideas about music, he used to think that as long as he doesn't go out of tune on stage, but now he will consider whether he can capture the hearts of the audience, and he hopes to be able to penetrate into the hearts of the audience. In terms of feelings, Guan Zhibin said that his mother used to care about his love life, but after he used a trick, his mother stopped asking. He said that as long as he paid the family on time every month, his mother would be satisfied. He also mentioned that he was once cheated by a classmate because of an overdraft on his credit card, and then the person disappeared with the money. It taught him to stop lending money to others and emphasized the importance of financial independence.
Kwan Zhibin's career seems to be smooth sailing, but it has also encountered some twists and turns, and the previously scheduled Boyz debut 20th anniversary concert in the Red Pavilion was forced to be shelved due to the scandal of member Zhang Zhiheng. He said that although he did not have much experience in filming in Hong Kong, he had been working with the crew in Hong Kong, so he did not feel too uncomfortable when filming "Law and Love". He compared the shooting methods in Hong Kong and the mainland, pointing out that filming in Hong Kong is more flexible, while in the mainland it is more regular.
The last time he filmed a Hong Kong drama was TVB's "Cadet Police Guard", and he has also filmed many dramas recently, and his acting skills have also been greatly improved, and many viewers are also looking forward to him filming more Hong Kong dramas.
