According to the online video, a female college student bought a 358 yuan two-day tour of Snow Township online, which included Snow Township tickets, a round-trip bus from Harbin to Snow Township, and a one-night accommodation and breakfast.
Before the trip, the girl specially asked the customer service, is there any self-pay items in it? The other party replied that it does not include the entertainment items of the scenic spot, if you want to play, the tour guide will recommend and buy it yourself.
The reason why this girl bought this package was that she wanted to see more snow in the snow town, play with the snow, and feel the customs of the snow town, and she didn't want to play other projects, but she didn't expect that in the end, she would inevitably be "forced to consume".

3. It was the male tour guide who spoke ill of him first, and then beat him up.
As for who scolded who first, both sides insisted on who started first, if there is monitoring, then the monitoring shall prevail, if not, then only the parties are clear.
However, regarding the service attitude and forced consumption, the relevant departments also conducted an investigation and gave a penalty result, which shows that the male tour guide does have corresponding problems, so which law is violated by this practice of forced consumption?
According to article 226 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China: Where any of the following acts are committed by means of violence or threats, and the circumstances are serious, a sentence of up to three years imprisonment or short-term detention and/or a fine is to be given;
1. Forced buying and selling of goods;
2. Coercing others to provide or accept services;
3. Forcing others to participate in or withdraw from bidding or auctions;
4. Forcing others to transfer or acquire shares, bonds or other assets of a company or enterprise;
5. Forcing others to participate in or withdraw from specific business activities.
In this incident, although the male tour guide did not use violent means, his bad attitude and bad words were also real, so the punishment of being suspended from leading the group was also reasonable.
I just hope that Snow Town can take this as a warning, not that she thinks it's just a small thing, she doesn't buy it, but she doesn't know that this is consuming her own reputation, as well as the tourism environment that the people of the Northeast have created with great difficulty.
It's not terrible that something goes wrong, but what is terrible is that after being punished, you can't reflect on yourself, and there is even a fluke mentality such as being exposed this time. Again, as a service industry, the most important thing is to make tourists feel satisfied and experience the local customs, rather than repeatedly consuming the reputation of Northeast people and the expectations of groups of tourists.
