author:Poster News

In recent times, "crispy youth" and "crispy college students" have become new labels for some young people. I yawned and dislocated, fell and broke my bones, and changed my clothes and twisted my waist...... Many netizens shared their "crispy" experience, which not only laughed at themselves, but also sounded the alarm for young people's physical health.

Last week, a survey of 1,333 young people conducted by the Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily in conjunction with the questionnaire network (wenjuan.com) showed that 63.0% of the young people surveyed felt that they were in a sub-healthy state, and the proportion of office workers was higher than that of college students. 91.1% of the young people surveyed supported the systematic and comprehensive promotion of health education during the school period.

"Today is here, tomorrow is there, and suddenly it is uncomfortable"

Zhang Aining, who was born in 95, works in a third-tier city, but she feels that she is not as comfortable and leisurely as the "small-town youth" in everyone's impression, but has a lot of pressure. Every day after work, Zhang Aining feels that she has no strength, it is difficult to sleep at night, and she is very sleepy during the day. A recent physical examination revealed that she had nodules in many places on her body and high uric acid. Now when the season changes, there will be some minor problems with her body. "Rashes, swollen and sore gums...... Today it's here, tomorrow it's there, and suddenly it's uncomfortable." Zhang Aining sighed that minor illnesses are also quite torturous, which makes her always in a bad mood.

"According to traditional Chinese medicine, I am weak in my heart, liver, kidneys, qi and blood, and heavy dampness. Zhou Renguang, who has been in the company for more than a year, laughs at himself as a "crispy worker", and the results of this year's physical examination show that he also has nodules. Zhou Renguang felt that especially after the "yang" twice, his immunity decreased significantly, and his physique deteriorated, "Now when I am under pressure, I will get acne, sore throat, and occasionally cough."

According to the survey, among the various health problems of young people, memory loss (43.4%) ranked first, followed by poor mood and instability (42.2%), and decreased immunity (41.9%) ranked third. Other problems include: poor sleep quality (38.7%), decreased vision/dry eyes (38.0%), hair loss (34.4%), poor skin condition (27.5%), oral problems (toothache/periodontitis, etc.) (23.6%), and body problems (obesity/weight loss).

In response to this set of data, Liu Jinying, director of the Nutrition Department of Shenzhen Hospital, Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and registered dietitian of the Chinese Nutrition Society, analyzed that the top three health problems can reflect the unhealthy lifestyle of young people now. She introduced that many physical problems affect and interact with each other. "For example, staying up late often will make sleep quality worse, the biological clock will be disordered, memory will also be lost, and it will also affect mood. There is also a long-term nutritional imbalance, which can lead to metabolic disorders in the body, resulting in reduced immunity and memory loss. In addition, staying indoors for a long time without sun exposure will also have an impact on mood, and the quality of sleep will deteriorate. These are all ripple effects. ”

The word "crispy" has become popular on the Internet, indicating that sub-health of young people has become more common

Zhou Xin, a post-00s college student, usually has irregular work and rest, often stays up late, and "solves breakfast and lunch together" when there is no class the next day, and the whole person is often in a state of fatigue and weakness, and his learning efficiency is very low. After continuing for a while, he found that he was losing a bit of his hair. "Also a little hypoglycemic, with occasional dizziness. Now as soon as it gets hot, the corners of the mouth will repeatedly develop herpes. Now, Zhou Xin has begun to pay attention to the problem of his physical sub-health.

According to the data, 63.0% of the young people surveyed felt that their bodies were in a sub-healthy state, 7.5% of the young people surveyed said that it was "hard to say", and less than one-third (29.5%) thought that they were quite healthy. Interaction analysis showed that the proportion of office workers (64.4%) who felt sub-healthy was higher than that of college students (59.5%). In terms of age, the proportion of post-85s surveyed who felt sub-healthy was the highest (69.8%), followed by the post-90s (67.6%), and the post-95s were the lowest (57.4%).

Qi Mino, who works as an art teacher at a public middle school in Beijing, said psychological stress is a major threat to his health. "Since I started looking for a job last year, I have been under a lot of pressure, and I broke up with my boyfriend when I was about to graduate, and my mood was not good. Some minor symptoms appear in the body one after another. Although he finally joined the company successfully, Qi Nim feels that the current work pressure is still not small, and he is often anxious and dull. "I had an illness a while ago, and it didn't take long to recover."

Liu Jinying believes that the word "crispy" has become popular on the Internet and has resonated with young people, indicating that sub-health problems among young people have become more common. Talking about the stress problem of many young people, she especially reminded that we should look at pressure correctly, "In the eyes of many people, stress will bring negative effects, but you must know that it is normal to have a certain amount of pressure, and the pressure we actually face may not be as great as imagined." In the face of the task in front of you, just do it step by step, and don't think too much or worry about the outcome in advance. ”

91.1% of the young people surveyed supported the systematic and comprehensive promotion of health education during the school period

Qi Nim analyzed that in the cultivation of health awareness, school education has a far-reaching and lasting impact on children, and health education from an early age is conducive to health awareness taking root in the hearts of students, and can also integrate good life concepts into life at all times, and can achieve "the unity of knowledge and action". Moreover, she believes that campus health education can improve students' awareness of personal protection and is conducive to healthy growth.

Qi Minoru has a deep understanding of the benefits of developing an exercise habit from an early age. She said that when she was a child, her physical fitness was relatively poor and she was always sick, but she insisted on exercising since the fourth grade of primary school, running, skipping rope, doing sit-ups every day, and guaranteed to swim once a week. "One year during the holidays, my parents sent me to learn taekwondo, and I have a more scientific understanding of daily exercise, and my physical fitness has also improved significantly. ”

Integrating health awareness into every moment of life, 91.1% of the young people surveyed support the systematic and comprehensive promotion of health education during the school period.

Liu Jinying said that it is very important for health education to be introduced into schools, so that children can truly understand and agree with the concept of healthy life from the heart, develop healthy living habits as soon as possible and stick to them for a long time. "At present, some primary schools have carried out food education, and we also hope that children will form a healthy awareness of diet and develop good habits from an early age. ”

She believes that health education can be combined with short video science popularization in the form of campus. "Especially for elementary school students, tell it to them like a story, so that they can understand and accept it more easily. Healthy eating activities can be carried out in class meetings, and once or twice a semester can also have a certain effect. In addition, it should also be combined with practical activities to involve students, "For healthy diet, physical function improvement, etc., professionals can be invited to introduce it." Students can work in small groups to carry out activities related to related topics, such as selecting and identifying ingredients, etc., and only if they have done it themselves, they will be more impressed."

She suggested that health education could be a compulsory subject in colleges and universities. "Students can supplement some healthy foods such as fruits and nuts between classes, which is conducive to maintaining brain vitality and better concentration. Outdoor activities can be organized on weekdays. In short, everyone should pay attention to nutrition, exercise, and health. ”

Among the young people surveyed, 26.1% were post-00s, 26.4% were post-95s, 29.6% were post-90s, 17.9% were post-85s, 25.0% were college students, 71.0% were office workers, 4.0% were others, 33.5% lived in first-tier cities, 38.9% were in second-tier cities, 20.8% were in third- and fourth-tier cities, 5.8% were in towns or counties, and 1.0% were in rural areas.
