On the occasion of the implementation of the "Patriotism Education Law of the People's Republic of China", on December 29, 2023, the China Red Culture Research Association held a symposium on "Promoting the Spirit of Patriotism and Inheriting China's Red Culture" in the "Centennial Glorious Party History Exhibition Hall" of Beijing Qijian Red Culture Co., Ltd. More than 40 people attended the forum, including experts on party building in the work of the Central Party School, military organs, and state ministries and commissions, well-known social commentators, entrepreneurs, and responsible persons of social organizations. The conference was organized by the Party Building Research Professional Committee of the China Red Culture Research Association and Beijing Qijian Red Culture Co., Ltd.

At the beginning of the meeting, the participating experts visited the "Centennial Glorious Party History Exhibition Hall". The exhibition hall shows the party's glorious history and glorious achievements over the past century with rich graphics, texts and video materials. In the two years since its establishment, the museum has received more than 200 party and government groups and more than 10,000 people who have come to study and Xi visit. We are all students of Chairman Mao, we are all descendants of the Communist Party, our "descendants" have not failed to live up to the party's original intention of struggle; I just saw the "Song of Fire Maintenance" on the red cultural wall of our enterprise There is a sentence called "dedication accompanied by youth", I think this point fully embodies the founding of our party and the great spirit of party building.
Today, we are discussing patriotic education in an enterprise with profound significance. Now it is a very simple question, whether the entrepreneur is for himself, or for the company, for everyone can get everyone's support. It is also completely understandable to be within the scope of the law, and also indirectly for everyone.
Sima Nan also combined the experience of Qijian Company and said that when an entrepreneur becomes the boss, you can make more money, and then you can take out the money to engage in red culture education, which is an experience to be able to nourish the red culture into the private enterprise in a private enterprise today. Some people think that these two things are incompatible, but I think this thing is compatible! The best compatible one is Ren Zhengfei, and Fan Qi is also very commendable. We have slowly formed a management thinking system that is different from the West and different from that of ancient China. We have a team that often goes to some enterprises, especially private enterprises, to help them educate employees, build teams, and promote the development of enterprises with this set of management ideas of the Communist Party and the People's Liberation Army. It is not easy for our private entrepreneurs to grow up, some people have taken the right path, and some people have taken the wrong path. Those who take the wrong path will be slowly eliminated. Enterprises that are developing well on the right path have consciously or unconsciously drawn wisdom from the Communist Party and Chairman Mao's way of success. At that time, our research was called party building education, and now it is called red education in a broad sense. We develop a variety of educational courses with local red resources to help enterprises build teams. I think this is red education, including the patriotic education we want to carry out, which is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, more and more attention has been paid to the inheritance of red culture, and a lot of work has been done. We are holding this forum here to celebrate the official promulgation of the "Patriotic Education Law", the 130th anniversary of the birth of our great leader, Comrade Mao Zedong, and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. We must be good at thinking and dealing with current problems with a historical perspective, historical thinking, and historical way, and plan our current work.
