Linyi Hedong Urban Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hedong Urban Development Group") was established in February 2020 with the approval of the Hedong District Government with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The company adheres to the development principle of "government-led, market-oriented operation", conscientiously implements the decision-making and deployment of the district committee and district government, promotes the integrated development of industry and cityscape in Hedong District, and strives to build a benchmark enterprise for urban construction and operation.

In order to meet the needs of Hedong Urban Development Group's business development, it is now open to the public.

1. Recruitment plan

This recruitment of 8 positions, a total of 9 people. Please refer to Appendix 1 for details of recruitment positions and specific requirements.

Second, the basic conditions of the applicants

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the line, principles, and policies of the Communist Party of China, and abide by national laws and regulations.

(2) Meet the requirements of education, age, major and other requirements (see Annex 1 for details).

(3) Have a good psychological quality and the physical condition to be able to perform their duties normally.

(4) Have the necessary professional knowledge to perform job responsibilities, and be familiar with national macroeconomic policies and related industries. Have good professionalism, diligence, integrity, and no bad performance record.

(5) The deadline for calculating the age of applicants is December 31, 2023, and the deadline for calculating the working years is December 31, 2023 (see Annex 1 for details of specific post age, working years and other requirements).

(6) Those with any of the following circumstances are not included in the scope of this recruitment:

1. Those who have been criminally punished or have been dismissed from public office.

2. Suspected violations of discipline or law are being reviewed by the relevant organs and no conclusion has yet been reached.

3. Those who have been given administrative detention, compulsory drug rehabilitation, or other public security administrative punishments restricting personal liberty by relevant organs.

4. There is malicious untrustworthy conduct that has been entered into the list of untrustworthy persons by the court and has not yet been revoked.

5. Being found to have violated discipline such as fraud in all levels and types of recruitment.

6. Active-duty soldiers, full-time non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

7. Persons engaged in business enterprises, other business activities, or shareholders and legal representatives of other enterprises.

8. Persons who have husband and wife relationships, direct blood relations, collateral blood relationships within three generations and close in-law relationships with members of the leadership team of the group and members of the leadership team of the employer (see Annex 1 for details).

9. Have a relatively serious negative personal credit record.

10. Laws, regulations and other provisions shall not apply for employment.

3. Application methods and related matters

(1) Publish open recruitment information

Publish job postings through third-party staffing companies.

(2) Time and method of registration

Registration time: January 8--- 2024 (8:30-11:30 14:00-16:00)

Registration method: This registration adopts the method of on-site registration, and each person is limited to one position. The registration address is Room 205, Human Resources Industrial Park, No. 66, Renmin Street, Hedong District, Linyi City.

The specific application materials are as follows:

(1) "Open Recruitment Registration Form" (see Annex 2 for details, photos are required).

(2) A valid personal identity document, the front and back of which are copied on a piece of A4 paper.

(3) The original and photocopy of the academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the state (those who have obtained academic qualifications by studying abroad must provide the "Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees" issued by the Service Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education).

(4) Written proof of corresponding work experience and working years (must be stamped with the official seal of the unit providing the certificate).

(5) Letter of Commitment to Good Faith (see Appendix 3 for details, with my handwritten signature and fingerprint at the place of my name).

(6) If the in-service personnel register, they must provide the "Certificate of Consent of the Unit to Apply for the Examination" stamped with the official seal of the unit (see Annex 4 for details).

(7) The original and photocopy of the professional title certificate and honorary certificate obtained.

After the applicant submits the application materials, the staff will conduct a preliminary review of the registration materials. After passing the preliminary examination, the staff will notify the candidates of the time and place of the interview by phone or text message.

(3) Examination methods

This exam takes the form of written test + interview.

The written test and interview are scored on a 100-point scale, accurate to two decimal places. After the written test, according to the ratio of 1:2 between the number of job recruitment plans and the number of participants in the interview session, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the order of the written test results from high to low. If the number of participants in the written examination does not reach the above-mentioned proportional requirements, it is determined that the existing candidates for the written examination are candidates for the interview process; if the last person in the written test score of the personnel who enters the interview process according to the prescribed proportion is tied, the tied personnel are determined to participate in the interview process candidates at the same time. The time and place of the interview shall be notified by the staff by telephone or text message to the candidates participating in the interview process, and if they do not receive the call or text message notification from the staff, they will be deemed to have not entered the interview, and the interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview, and the interview results will be the final results. The minimum standard line for the interview score is 70 points, and those below the standard line shall not be determined as a candidate for inspection.

(4) Physical examination

When qualified personnel enter the physical examination link, the physical examination standards and items shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), and the time and place of physical examination will be notified separately. If the applicant does not participate in the physical examination at the specified time, he or she will be deemed to have given up. For those who need to be re-examined according to the regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the final determination result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. The cost of physical examination and re-examination shall be borne by the applicant.

Applicants who fall under any of the following circumstances during the course of the physical examination shall not be hired: deliberately concealing illness or medical history that affects employment, colluding with staff to cheat, asking others to substitute for the physical examination or exchanging or replacing laboratory samples, and engaging in other acts of cheating.

(5) Publicity and hiring

Applicants who have passed the examination and physical examination will be publicized for 3 working days. At the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem reflected during the publicity period or the problem does not affect the employment, once hired, a labor contract will be signed with the labor dispatch company in the form of labor dispatch, and a probationary period system will be implemented. After the expiration of the probationary period, the formal employment can meet the requirements of the position after assessment. If they are not qualified, they will be cancelled. The relevant remuneration and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the employer.

4. Miscellaneous Provisions

(1) The qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment, and those who commit fraud will be immediately disqualified once verified. Applicants who do not participate in on-site qualification examinations, examinations, physical examinations and other links in accordance with the provisions shall be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications, and the vacancies caused by the applicants' voluntary abandonment or unqualified physical examinations will not be filled.

(2) During the recruitment period, the candidates should carefully read the requirements of the "Linyi Hedong Urban Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. Open Recruitment Staff Manual" and the relevant annexes, and be sure to keep the contact information unblocked.

(3) This open recruitment does not charge registration fees, does not specify counseling materials, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold counseling training courses.

(4) The open recruitment is organized by a third-party human resources company entrusted by Linyi Hedong Urban Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Linyi Hedong Urban Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. has the right to adjust or terminate the recruitment of recruitment positions according to factors such as changes in the demand for recruitment positions and registration conditions.
