In order to better publicize the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online", the Quyang County People's Procuratorate's Blue Flame Rule of Law Publicity Group immediately made arrangements and deployments to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors. On January 5, Nan Qinghuan, the county people's procuratorate and vice principal of Yebei Primary School, led the members of the Blue Flame Propaganda Group and concurrently served as the vice principal of the rule of law of Dongshimen Primary School, Zhao Kunxiao, to conduct legal propaganda activities in Yebei Primary School and Dongshimen Primary School respectively.
Zhao Kunxiao, a member of Blue Flame, started with the first episode of the series of short dramas "Trapped Children's Net" just launched by the Procuratorate Daily Justice Network, "The Label That Can't Be Removed", and introduced the theme of this lecture "Stay away from campus bullying and build a harmonious campus" by telling the real story of online infringement of minors' rights and interests handled by the procuratorate.
Subsequently, Zhao Kunxiao gave a lecture on the relevant provisions of cyberbullying in the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet", telling the students that no organization or individual shall insult, slander, threaten or maliciously damage the image of minors through the Internet in the form of text, pictures, audio and video. At the same time, combined with the legal provisions and related real cases, through the form of playing videos and interacting with students to ask questions, from "what is campus bullying", "manifestations of campus bullying", "role analysis in campus bullying", "the harm of campus bullying", "how to deal with campus bullying" and other aspects were explained in detail, calling on students to improve their vigilance and ability to distinguish between right and wrong, neither to be a "school bully", nor to be a victim or bystander of campus bullying, and to be brave enough to say "no" in the face of campus bullying.
This rule of law lecture activity enabled the students to understand the manifestations and harms of campus bullying, how to deal with campus bullying and the relevant legal knowledge of the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet", deeply understand the importance of rejecting campus bullying, and be good at using the law to protect themselves and others when encountering illegal infringements.
In the next step, the Quyang County People's Procuratorate's Blue Flame Rule of Law Publicity Group will continue to uphold the spirit of "not coming" you and being born to the sun, and conduct rule of law lectures on minors' online live broadcasts, online games, online social networks, personal information, etc., in the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online", so as to enhance students' awareness of the rule of law and escort the healthy growth of minors.
