The Institute of Cloud Computing and Big Data of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the China Intelligent Computing Industry Alliance, the Artificial Intelligence Computing Industry Ecological Alliance and other institutions recently jointly released the "White Paper on the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper").

Data shows that in the past four years, the number of large model parameters has grown at an average annual compound rate of 400%, and the demand for AI computing power has increased by more than 150,000 times. Traditional computing infrastructure, centered on CPUs (central processing units), is no longer able to meet the new requirements for large models and generative AI.
