The North Campus of the Second Hospital of Shandong University is making preparations for the full opening of the clinic. According to the plan, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, there will be 19 cross-river passages in the start-up area, which is comparable to the density of river-facing cities such as Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shanghai, greatly shortening the commuting time between the main urban areas in the north and south, and crossing the Yellow River in at least 3 minutes.
