According to the prosecution's investigation, in February 2019 and October 2011, she agreed with friends surnamed Zheng and Chen respectively that two people would serve as the contact window for her acting work, contact performances, announcements or industry matching manufacturers for her, negotiate contract conditions and sign contracts, and the other woman surnamed Liu will serve as Qiangqiang's assistant since mid-April 2022.
In an exclusive interview with Weekly in mid-May 2022, Qiang Qiang said that she was usually busy with acting work and had no time to manage the company, so she would ask 2 friends to help, but there were problems after more than 2 months of operation, because she didn't care about money and couldn't read the accounts, so she asked trusted friends for help, but she didn't expect the other party to spend money like a bottomless pit.

In addition, Qiang Qiang also said that she recruited an "assistant who can steal money", not only did the other party secretly draw money from her wallet and steal cosmetics, but even her notice fee was taken away in the whole package, and Qiang Qiang even choked in the video, "I'll tell you about the assistant, you can do it yourself", "I'll make you look good, let the world know that you are a thief, and even dare to steal my cosmetics". After seeing the report and related remarks, the three people named by Qiang Qiang were respectively charged with defamation, defamation, and intimidation and endangering safety.
After being sued, Qiang Qiang said that the above content only mentioned someone, friends, them, him, a cat, a dog or a professional assistant, etc., and did not write the name of the other party, and the other two people did collect goods from the manufacturer, etc., and there are conversation records to prove it.
After an investigation, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office believes that the assistant is only a common title, and it is impossible to know the full name and real identity of the assistant surnamed Liu just by looking at the title, and there is no way to know who it is from Qiang Qiang's remarks, and Qiang Qiang is an entertainer, a public figure, and the content of the discussion is related to film and television communication-related work and the public interests of cooperative manufacturers, not only private morality.
Beijian believes that Qiang Qiang said that the 2 friends had problems after running the studio, spending money like a bottomless pit, etc., but only expressed their personal subjective views on the problems and financial status of the cooperative acting work, as for the part of helping to pick up the A film, the 2 friends did contact the film shooting work of the A film manufacturer, and there was also "Do you know how good the A film in the XX (A film manufacturer name) APP is?" in the script, and other content, the work also had adult movie stars involved, and it was determined that Qiang Qiang's accusation was "obviously not false" and was given a non-prosecution sanction.
