Dozens of old houses on Shangxin Street have been renovated, and the original site of the old chimney of the historical site has been preserved

On January 4, the reporter saw at the construction site of the urban renewal project in the Shangxin Street area of Jinan that the roofs of dozens of houses had been repaired, red or gray roof tiles had been re-paved, and the ground in the courtyard had also been re-paved.

At Nos. 64, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74 and 78 Shangxin Street, the six courtyard houses with the layout of Tianzi grid have been renovated into rudimentary shape, the original roof and exterior walls have been reinforced, and the damaged roof has been replaced with new red tiles.

Focusing on the theme of "rejuvenation of the national tide", the commercial buildings facing the north of Shangxin Street have been decorated and renovated to create an immersive and experiential art commercial block led by literary and artistic pioneers, and the adjacent historical relics and old chimneys have also been retained in situ.
