Tsinghua student Zhu Ling's thallium poisoning case is about to take a turn for the better!
Led by barrister Wu Danhong, in the name of Beijing Youbang Law Firm, on December 30, 2023, a legal opinion was filed with the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
The content is that an investigation into Zhu Ling's case will be initiated.
It's a pity that Zhu Lingji passed away on December 22, 2023.
Zhu Ling's case is an unsolved case, and the common people are talking about it very loudly.
It's very exciting to start again this time, and it would be nice if we could make the investigation public.
朱令冤案以‘冤’和‘奇’饱受争议。
Zhang Jie, a well-known law professor, once raised three questions about this case:
First, why is the information not public?
Second, when several of Sun's classmates testified, they wanted to change their words, but what was the hidden meaning of the policeman saying "what you said should be right about history"?
Third, as the only suspect in this case, why did the police only ask him for 8 hours?
I don't know if I used a riartrap at the time
But the release of the hostages after only eight hours of questioning for a murder case feels a bit inaction.
This kind of murder should be asked repeatedly and under high pressure to determine whether it was a lie or not.
Zhu Ling died, and her roommates, Jin Ya, a professor at Guangdong University of Technology, and Wang Qi, a manager of GF Fund, should stand up and say goodbye to Zhu Ling.
But they have not spoken out, they did not participate in the poisoning at that time, and it is also unusual for them to choose to remain silent in such an influential event.
The biggest suspect, Sun Wei, has publicly recorded two well-known talk shows
A "Luyu Appointment" and an interview with Phoenix.com.
During the interview, Sun Wei did not talk about any details of Zhu Ling's poisoning, but talked about the changes in her family and herself after the Zhu Ling case:
"Dad hid under the chair to avoid the bell".
"When I saw the sea on a business trip, I wanted to jump into the sea and die. ”
Later, due to various reasons, these two episodes of the program could not be broadcast.
This case seems to be a "window paper" with only one layer, but it can't be broken.
In November 1994, when Zhu Ling was a junior at Tsinghua University, he suddenly developed a physical condition and became temporarily blind twice, and no cause could be detected.
Later, it became more severe, with frequent stomach cramps, a large loss of appetite, and a lot of hair loss.
But on December 11 of this year, Zhu Ling, who had not eaten for three days, reluctantly played a song "Guangling San". After the performance, he was taken to the hospital, and after a month of hospitalization, no cause could be found.
In February 1995, Zhu Ling returned to school. But within a week, abdominal cramps, hair loss, and vision loss occurred again.
To make matters worse, she began to experience severe pain in her legs, which later progressed to her lower back.
Zhu Ling was rushed to emergency treatment again, but the cause was still unknown.
Fortunately, her friend translated her medical records into English and posted them on the Internet for help, which was judged by experts around the world to be thallium poisoning.
After testing by expert Chen Zhenyang, Zhu Ling was diagnosed with thallium poisoning.
But Zhu Ling couldn't touch thallium salt at all, and she showed no signs of suicide. Professor Chen Zhenyang speculated that it was very likely that someone deliberately poisoned Zhu Ling.
Who poisoned it?
At this time, Zhu Ling's nerves were damaged, her IQ declined to the age of seven, and she could only say some unspoken words intermittently, and she couldn't tell all this.
After investigation, the police locked on the suspect - Sun Wei. Because only Sun Wei had access to thallium salts, but Sun Wei defended that Tsinghua University's pharmaceutical management was not strict, and it was also possible that someone else stole thallium salts.
Later, Zhu Ling's water cup and washing utensils disappeared mysteriously, and Sun Wei was dismissed from suspicion after eight hours of interrogation, without any results.
"Zhu Ling's thallium poisoning" has become a mystery
However, the name "Sun Wei" has always been closely associated with this unsolved case.
According to Chen Zhigang, a encephalologist at Dongfang Hospital
Thallium was ingested unknowingly because it was colorless and odorless, and Zhu Ling was poisoned twice in 1994 and 1995, and doctors misdiagnosed and delayed judgment and lost valuable treatment time.
As a result, Zhu Ling was paralyzed and deformed, unable to stand, had difficulty swallowing, was emotionally unstable, and often cried with anger.
Chen Zhigang also said that Zhu Ling's parents took care of Zhu Ling for 30 years and paid an unimaginable price.
As they grew older, care became more and more difficult, and the family moved to a rehabilitation center in Beijing for a few years.
After many years, Zhu Ling's father said:
"The case was investigated thoroughly, and we have now put it down, at least we know more about it than the pending cases. ”
Zhu Ling's parents are also helpless, and now they are restarting the investigation, hoping that one day they can bring the criminals to justice and give the people an explanation.
It is impossible for dark clouds to cover the sun forever, I hope more people will pay attention, let the grievances be snowed, and let the murderer be punished!
