Those who carry out flight activities without real-name registration shall be ordered by the public security organs to make corrections and may be fined not more than 200 yuan, and if the circumstances are serious, they shall be fined between 2,000 and 20,000 yuan.
After the implementation of the new regulations, some pilots received civil aviation warning text messages after breaking through the altitude of 120 meters for the first time.
