Influenced by the family environment, Xu Rumei likes to read since she was a child, and she has shown extraordinary wisdom and talent at a young age, and her father often says: "Rumei will definitely make a difference in the future!"
In fact, the parents didn't put too much pressure on Xu Rumei, they just hoped that their daughter would succeed in her studies and have a decent job and a well-matched marriage in the future.
However, at that time in China, Xu Rumei, who had been bullied by foreign invaders and received new ideological education, had the idea of participating in the revolution as early as middle school and joined the "Outpost Society", a peripheral organization led by the Communist Party.

The enemy, who had nothing to do, used the most cruel trick, they used 11 thick nails to nail Xu Rumei to the tree at the head of the village, and also released wolf dogs to bite her, and Xu Rumei, who had almost become a bloody person, looked at the enemy like a torch.
In the end, Xu Rumei died tragically at the hands of the Japanese army, leaving her beloved motherland and family forever, and her life was fixed at the age of 24.
What makes people even more angry is that after Xu Rumei sacrificed, the enemy also cut off her head and paraded through the streets. The crowd was outraged, and they took the risk to recover the hero's body and bury it.
Although the 24-year-old Xu Rumei fell, her spirit infected more people to join the anti-Japanese team, and just two years after her sacrifice, we finally won the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
