The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

author:Scourge to the world

Happy New Year, friends, I wish you all a new year and a new life.

A few weeks ago, a friend sent a private message to Scourge and asked him to introduce the DC event "Rogue Gang War".

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

The event of "Rogue War" takes place in 2005 and is a storyline of the Flash comics.

Although there was a war between several branches of the Rogue Gang, the most important villain of the event, the ending of the event, and the meaning of the event itself have nothing to do with the Rogue Gang.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Let's talk about "Rogue Gang War" in the following small disasters.

How "Rogue Wars" began

It all started with the 1995 event "The Underground Mansion Ban". In the event of "Forbidden Underworld", the villain "Trickster" became the one who saved the world, helping Shazam and other heroes defeat the demon king Nero, and the world returned to normal.

Although no one knew that it was the Trickster who saved the world, from this moment on, the Trickster stopped being a villain, he began to cooperate with other heroes to fight crime, and joined the FBI.

In the retrospective comics, when Rookko Dillon, the villain of Rogue gang member "Top" Dillon, fights "The Flash" Barry Allen, Barry grabs the spike and takes it to the Justice League headquarters watchtower, where Zatana brainwashes the spike with magic and turns it into a righteous hero.

Pinnacle and The Flash become good friends, and the two often act together to fight criminals.

Initially, Zatana's magic worked, but soon after, trouble arose, and he was driven insane by his own criminal experience. He used his psychic powers to reprogram the psyche of the other Rogue Gang members to turn their ways. Some people completely resist the "programming" of Spikes, such as Captain Cold, Weather Wizard, and Captain Boomerang, among others.

Others, such as Heatwave, Pipers, and Hooks, have either been "programmed" to be good or "programmed" yet.

During the major event "Identity Crisis", Wally West receives a letter from Barry, telling Wally about Spike and asking Wally to restore Spike's mind to its original state.

After Zatana uses magic to restore Spike's mind, Spike attacks Zatana and Wally, saying that he will return, and then disappears.

During the event, Captain Boomerang finds his son, Owen Mercer, and he himself dies in a battle with Tim Drake's father.

A rift arises with Captain Cold demanding that the members of the Rogue Gang who oppose him (those who have been turned for the better by Spike) leave the group. Captain Cold forms the new Rogue Gang with the sons of Master Mirror, Weather Wizard, Second Generation Sorcererer, and Captain Boomerang.

On the other hand, the FBI's tricksters gather Heatwave, Piper, and Magenta, who have left Captain Cold, to form another gang of scoundrels who work for the FBI.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

The body of Captain Boomerang, who died in the big event "Identity Crisis", was obtained by the FBI in an attempt to extract useful information from his brain.

Captain Cold promised Owen Mercer that he would help him retrieve his father's body.

"Rogue War" kicked off with this.

The most important point to know: The tragedy of The Flash

Although the above content led to the outbreak of "Rogue War", it has nothing to do with the core content of this incident.

The following is a very important knowledge point, which you must remember and will take the test in the future.

Wally West "The Flash" has a very good friend, forensic expert Hunter Zolemont.

In the comic Flash V2 #193, Gorilla Grove attacks Iron Mountain Prison, and Hunter Zolemont is attacked by a gorilla, seriously injured, and taken to the hospital.

Hunter is paralyzed, and he asks his best friend Flash to use a cosmic treadmill to travel through time and space to stop his own tragedy from happening. However, the Flash fears that traveling through time will disrupt the flow of time, so he refuses Hunter's request.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Hunter is in a wheelchair and comes to the Flash Museum by himself to use the cosmic treadmill, which explodes. Hunter wakes up in the hospital to find that his paralysis has been cured and that he has the superpower to change time relative to himself.

Hunter thinks that the Flash doesn't help him because he's not Barry Allen and hasn't experienced Barry Allen's misery. So, in order to make Wally a better Flash, he decides to cause a disaster for Wally. (I give full marks for this reason)

Hunter Zolemont became the second generation of Rapid.

Quickly set his sights on Wally's pregnant wife, Linda Parker. Bart Allen "Pulse" arrives just in time to attack Linda Parker in a rush attack, but Pulse is no match for Rush and is easily defeated.

Linda fell into the hands of the Rush, and although Wally West and Jay Garrick were both on the scene, neither of them could stop the Rush.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

With a snap of his fingers, it detonates and blows Linda away, and he beats Wally before leaving.

Linda didn't die, but the twin children she was pregnant with were aborted.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

This event was crucial to Rogue Wars.

War between rogue gangs

Captain Cold promises Owen Mercer that the Rogues will help him retrieve his father's body. He leads the Rogue Gang to break into the FBI's facility, only to discover that Captain Boomerang's body has been taken.

On the other hand, the FBI took Ashley Zolemont to a secret FBI base where Captain Boomerang's body was hidden.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

The FBI tells Ashley to activate the still alive part of Captain Boomerang's brain to extract information about the Rogues.

After obtaining the address of the Rogue Gang's secret base, the Sorcerer leads his Rogue team to attack Captain Cold's secret base.

The Rogue War has officially begun.

Unleashing a massive freezing explosion, Captain Cold leads the team to escape from the base and use the Mirror Master's abilities to reach another of their secret warehouses.

However, the FBI brought Ashley back to life by electrocuting Captain Boomerang's brain, from whom he obtained the address of the secret warehouse, and a team of tricksters followed.

The two teams engaged in a scuffle.

The Reality Weather Wizard hits the magenta with a thunderbolt, then the Magician hits the Weather Wizard in the face with a prop gun, and the second generation of the Magician has a huge spring that pulls away the first Magician.

When the Flash learns from the news, he rushes to Rock City, where the entire city is covered in lightning, tornadoes, fire, and ice.

While pacifying the city's disaster, the Flash is inadvertently hit by Captain Cold and Heat Wave at the same time and falls to the ground.

At this time, Spike appears and says "It's today", in response to what he said when he left.

Pinnacle gives them back the memories of the magician and the piper, wanting to restore them to evil.

The trickster states that he wants to return to the Rogues, but the Piper is knocked unconscious by The Flash and sent to Linda's house, where she takes care of the Piper.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Spikes brainwashed the Steel Beams, Tar Pits, Whisperers, Double Descents, and Marauders from the Mirror World to form their own gang of scoundrels.

Spike threatens Captain Cold to join his men or brainwash him as well. The addition of the Flash distracts Spike, and Captain Cold freezes Spike with a freeze gun, shattering Spike's body.

After killing Spike, Captain Cold says that "the Rogue Gang shouldn't fight each other, bad things will happen when they do".

While Ashley is healing Captain Boomerang, the Weather Wizard, Owen Mercer, and the Second Magician break into the FBI's base.

Ashley's husband appeared quickly and stood in front of Ashley.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

With a snap of his fingers, he knocked out all the scoundrels, and then sent Ashley to Linda's house, where she took care of her.

The Mirror Master uses his abilities to bring the Alchemist and Grud to the battlefield to besiege the Flash, and Pulse also comes to the battlefield when he sees the news to help the Flash.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Just when the Flash and Pulse were in danger, they rushed into the fray and easily defeated the Rogue Gang.

Then, Rush grabs Pulse's neck and is about to break Pulse's neck just as Barry killed Professor Rush. Suddenly, "Professor Rush" Edward Swan appeared on a cosmic treadmill, and the treadmill was strapped to the original "Flash" Jay Garrick.

The final ending

This is where the incident really begins, as Wally frees Jay Garrick from the space treadmill and throws Jay Garrick's helmet to save the pulse.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Two hastes take Wally to the cosmic treadmill, on which the trio fight.

The ripples of time and space caused by the treadmill send Captain Boomerang to the future at some point in time, where he meets Meroni Swan, and the two give birth to Owen Mercer, who is the half-brother of Bart Allen "Pulse".

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Hunter's destination is the moment he attacks Linda Parker, causing Linda Parker to miscarry. He wanted Wally to watch the moment over and over again.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

At this time, Barry Allen appeared using a cosmic treadmill and rescued Wally. Barry tells Wally that "everything is going to be fine...... As long as you push yourself when you need to".

With that, Barry took Edward Swan and disappeared on his treadmill.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Meanwhile, Ashley sends Linda, who has abdominal pain, to Rock City Hospital.

Wally thinks about Barry protecting Fiona Webber and killing Professor Haste on his wedding day.

In order to make sure that he kills Linda Parker, he rushes to his past self and Linda. Wally began to chase the haste, but he couldn't overtake it. Wally took inspiration from Barry's words, and he pushed the speed, just as the past speed was snapping his fingers, blocking the sonic boom formed by the past rapid snapping of his fingers.

After seeing that he had failed, he quickly turned on the second plan, he ran desperately on the cosmic treadmill, and Wally followed, but the force of the rush was not the force of speed, causing the treadmill to fall apart.

Scenes from the past, present, and future at different points in time appear in front of Haste and Wally.

Quickly realizing what he had almost caused Wally, he apologizes to Wally, and disappears.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

Wally returns to his own time, and the Rogue Gang flees.

Wally rushed to the hospital to visit his wife, and Linda gave birth to twins to Wally.

The unworthy Flash event "Rogue War"

At this point, the "Rogue War" incident is over.
