After the implementation of the arrangement and solid progress, all 8 practical projects have been successfully completed.
Completed the construction of the Chronic Disease Health Management Support Center
The center is located on the first floor of No. 2030 Yinchun Road, and the main construction content is the site layout and the procurement and installation of a number of technical equipment such as accurate manometer, smart blood glucose meter, self-service fecal occult blood, standard pulmonary function screening instrument, height and weight meter, AI voice intelligent follow-up, etc. The project was completed and accepted and started operation, and as of the end of November, the cumulative service exceeded 10,000 people.
Completed the construction of a comprehensive community visual health service management system
The project is located on the first floor of No. 2030 Yinchun Road, and the main construction content is the site layout and the procurement and installation of equipment and instruments such as intelligent vision screening instrument, automatic refractive instrument, and fundus mirror. The project was fully completed and put into use in May this year, and by the end of November, a total of 3,495 people had been served.
Carry out colorectal cancer screening for permanent residents aged 50 and above in Maqiao Town
Through the information screening of permanent residents over the age of 50 in Maqiao, according to the high risk of the age of onset, two age groups are divided into two age groups: 65 years old and 50-64 years old. Colorectal cancer screening has been carried out for three consecutive years, and the permanent residents over the age of 50 in Maqiao have basically achieved full coverage.
Complete equipment updates at 8 fitness points
Throughout the year, 8 fitness facilities were completed, including Polyya Garden A Fitness Garden, Jinxing Village A and E Fitness Garden, Pengdu Village C Fitness Garden, Friendship Village B Fitness Garden, Yutang Village B Fitness Garden, Yuanji Neighborhood Committee M and L Fitness Garden, with a total of 115 pieces of fitness equipment. The project has been accepted in September this year, and the corresponding registration work has been done.
Completed the construction of the beautiful block of Kao Road (Beisong Highway - Yuanjiang Road).
The project involves Kao Road (Beisong Road to Yuanjiang Road), with a total length of about 1.1 kilometers and a planting area of 6,048 square meters. The main construction content is green planting, wall painting, pavement and lighting. The project has completed on-site acceptance on November 8 this year.
Completed the delivery of Jingcheng Natatorium
Jingcheng Natatorium is located at the intersection of Yinkang Road and Fuguo Road, which is the first public welfare swimming pool in Maqiao Town, with 8 standard swimming lanes. The swimming pool can carry out swimming fitness, training and other activities, and at the same time undertake the popularization and training services of swimming skills for the third grade of primary schools in the town. The project was delivered to the operating unit in July this year and is open to the public, providing convenience for residents to swim and exercise nearby.
The Huajing Hama control gate was activated
The project is located at the intersection of Beishagang River and Huajing River. The main construction content is the demolition of the concrete retaining wall of the outer river connection section of the Huajing control gate, and the recommissioning of the Huajing control gate equipment. The project was officially put into use in May this year, and its main function is to ensure the flood control safety and regional water environment of Maqiao Daju.
Completed the upgrading and transformation of Huayinfang vegetable market
Huayinfang Vegetable Market is located at No. 1459 Huaning Road, Maqiao Town, and will be included in the three-year renovation plan of the Minhang District Farmers' Market in 2023. In April 2023, in accordance with the requirements of the standardized vegetable market setting and management specifications, the overall renovation and upgrading of Huayinfang Vegetable Market was carried out, and it was officially opened on July 7 this year, effectively meeting the "one-stop" shopping needs of surrounding residents.
