A photography exhibition that has gone through ten years, starting from focusing on the regional changes in the post-Expo era, has gradually moved to the whole of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, accumulating a heavy image material. Recently, the "Beautiful Era, Beautiful Life" - the 10th "Riverside Dream" Thematic Photography Exhibition opened in the exhibition hall of the Pudong Mass Culture and Art Museum.
A total of 1,488 original photographic works were collected in this exhibition, and a total of 78 works were finally confirmed for the exhibition, including 10 awards of various grades and 68 finalists. The exhibition will set up three exhibition areas, including the 10th exhibition works, the special section of "10th Anniversary Retrospective", and cooperate with the Shaoxing Cultural Center to jointly build a photography platform in the Yangtze River Delta region, enhance the exchange and mutual learning of photographers and photography enthusiasts in Pudong and Shaoxing, further promote the cultural interaction in the Yangtze River Delta region, and launch the exchange tour section between the two places.
"Lujiazui International Financial Center" and "Building Pudong's "Iron Man" jointly won the first prize of this exhibition. "Lujiazui International Financial Center" is a colorful photograph, the author Wang Weimin combines the night view of Lujiazui, the commercial light box advertisements in Lujiazui and the crowd of viewers into one picture with multiple exposures. He said: "In the past 10 years, Pudong has changed too much, becoming more and more prosperous and modern. ”
"Iron Man in Pudong" is a close-up work, which freezes the vivid scene of two workers working the steel structure of the building. According to the author, Li Baoyang, this is the image he captured with a telephoto lens outside a construction site in Qiantan: "I was also a worker, and I was infected by the spirit of the younger generation of builders. ”
It is reported that the "Riverside Dream Chasing" thematic photography exhibition was founded in 2013. From the initial attraction of photography enthusiasts in Liujie Town, the core area of the Expo, to the invitation of all districts in the city to participate, and then to the linkage of the Yangtze River Delta to share the artistic achievements of regional integration, every time it moves forward and expands, it is recording the intersection of the past and the future, the dialogue between time and space, and the exploration of cross-border and integration. Li Zili, a photographer who has participated in the planning of the previous "Riverside Dreams" thematic photography exhibitions, said: "In the past 10 years, Pudong has been built and developed, and what kind of history has it had. ”
The exhibition is organized by the Propaganda Department of the Pudong New Area Party Committee (District Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism), the Shanghai Photographers Association, and the Pudong New Area Expo Area Management Committee, and co-organized by the Punan Cultural Center, the Shaoxing Cultural Center of Zhejiang Province, the Pudong New Area Photographers Association, and the Shanghai Wide-angle Photographers Association. At the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the Punan Cultural Center and the Shaoxing Cultural Center signed an agreement on cooperation, exchange and co-construction between the two museums. The exhibition will run until January 20 next year.
