On December 29, the Provincial Education Examination Institute issued a notice to deploy matters related to the registration of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination) in our province in the first half of 2024. Let's take a look at the details -
1. Time Arrangement Online registration time: from 9:00 on January 12, 2024 to 16:00 on January 15, 2024. Qualification review time: from 9:00 on January 12, 2024 to 17:00 on January 15, 2024. (See below for the review notice of each examination area) Deadline for online payment: 24:00 on January 17, 2024. Time to print the admission ticket: March 4-9, 2024. Exam date: March 9, 2024. The specific arrangements are as follows:
II. Application Requirements and Requirements 1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China. 2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love education, and have good ideological character. 3. Educational requirements: To apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications, you should have a preschool normal school graduation or above. Applicants for primary school teacher qualifications shall have a college degree or above. Applicants for teaching qualifications in junior high schools, senior high schools, and specialized secondary schools shall have a bachelor's degree or above. To apply for the qualification of Xi instructor in a secondary specialized school, students shall have a college degree or above, and shall also have professional and technical qualifications equivalent to assistant engineer or above or intermediate level or above. 4. Selection of examination area: Students in ordinary colleges and universities: Students in the third grade or above (including the third year) of ordinary colleges and universities can apply for this written test with the certificate of student status issued by the school (see Appendix 1) or the student status report on the student information website, and choose to apply for the examination in the examination area where the household registration is located or the examination area where the residence permit is located within the validity period. Social candidates: Social candidates with household registration in our province can choose the examination area where their household registration is located (candidates with household registration in Shennongjia Forest District choose Shiyan examination area) or the examination area where they apply for a residence permit. Social candidates who are not registered in our province must hold a residence permit in our province to apply for the exam. The residence permit must be original and within the validity period. The certificate or receipt cannot be used as the basis for registration. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, Xi work and live in Hubei Province: Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and laws, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, implement the Party's education policy, and Xi study, work and live in Hubei Province may apply to participate in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations at each stage of the school year on a voluntary basis. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply to take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in the examination area where they live in our province. Hong Kong and Macao residents holding Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Taiwan residents holding a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents with a five-year validity period can take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in our province and apply for recognition of primary and secondary school teacher qualifications at the place where the examination is held. Active-duty soldiers: Active-duty soldiers whose troops are stationed in our province can apply for the examination in the examination area of the station. 5. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing (Teacher's Letter [2020] No. <教育类研究生和公费师范生免试认定中小学教师资格改革实施方案>5) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Reform of the Qualifications of Primary and Secondary School Teachers for Exemption from Examination for Normal Students (Teacher's Letter [2022] No. 1), education graduate students who meet the conditions for exemption from examination, Normal students can choose to participate in the education and teaching ability assessment organized by the school, or they can voluntarily participate in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and apply for the corresponding teacher qualifications. 6. Those who have been revoked as teachers must not register for examinations for 5 years, and those who have been deprived of political rights, or who have been criminally punished with fixed-term imprisonment or higher for intentional crimes, must not register for examinations. Those who have participated in the teacher qualification examination and have cheated shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations" (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China). 3. Registration and qualification review (1) Registration process (see Annex 2) Candidates log in to the China Education Examination Network (ntce.neea.edu.cn), register online according to the column guidelines, select the examination area, written test category, and written test subjects, and complete other information entry. The specific steps are as follows: Step 1: Log in. Log in to the China Education Examination Network (ntce.neea.edu.cn). Step 2: Register. When registering, candidates are required to fill in their name, select the type of certificate, fill in the certificate number and other information. After completing the registration, fill in your personal information and upload an electronic photo according to the process. This photo is used for the admission ticket and the certificate of passing the examination, please choose the photo carefully. If the uploaded photo does not meet the requirements, it will not be approved. (Photo requirements: the candidate's bareheaded, frontal, white background color ID photo within the past 6 months; the photo shows the upper part of the candidate's head and shoulders, no hats, headscarves, headbands, sunglasses, etc.; no headshots, half-length photos, life photos, etc.; the photo format must be jpg/jpeg, no more than 200K, if the photo is too large, it is recommended to use Paint, Photoshop, ACDsee and other tools to crop and compress the photo.) Step 3: Sign up. Candidates must carefully select the test area and test subjects according to their actual situation, and sign the "Candidate Integrity Test Commitment". (2) Qualification review of the qualification examination (written examination) registration for primary and secondary school teachers in our province shall be arranged by each examination area according to the actual situation. Candidates are requested to click on the link of the examination area review notice in the table below, and carefully read the examination arrangement of the examination area. If the status of "pending review" exceeds 24 hours, you should check whether you have not submitted relevant materials or have not gone to the site for review in accordance with the requirements of the examination area's review notice. (3) Payment
After the registration qualification is approved, candidates must make online payment through the prescribed payment method (see Appendix 3) before the online payment deadline, and confirm that the payment is successful. According to the relevant provisions of the "Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance on the Fee Standards and Related Issues of the Teacher Qualification Examination" (E Price Fee Gui [2013] No. 28), the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination) in our province is 70 yuan per subject. Candidates who fail to complete the online payment within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications to register for the examination. Once the registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded, please pay attention.
(4) Print the admission ticket From March 4 to 9, 2024, candidates can log in to the China Education Examination Network (ntce.neea.edu.cn) to print the written test admission ticket, and take the written test at the time and place specified on the admission ticket. 4. Special Reminder 1. Candidates must register through the online registration system of China Education Examination, and be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the personal information and registration information filled in by themselves. If the follow-up links such as interviews and application for teacher qualifications cannot be completed due to reasons such as not meeting the application conditions, filling in false or wrong information, etc., the consequences shall be borne by the candidates. Once the candidate's registration information is approved, it cannot be changed. 2. Subjects 1 and 2 of the written examination for candidates majoring in music, physical education and aesthetics shall be coded separately (corresponding subject codes: 201A, 202A, 301A, 302A), and candidates who have passed the subjects 201A and 202A will be limited to the professional subjects of music, physical education and aesthetics in the primary school category, and candidates who have passed the subjects 301A and 302A will be interviewed only for the professional subjects of music, physical education and aesthetics in junior high school, high school and secondary vocational cultural courses. Candidates who have obtained passes in subjects 201, 202, 301 and 302 can replace subjects 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A accordingly, and candidates who have obtained passes in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A cannot replace the passes in subjects 201, 202, 301 and 302. 3. Candidates who choose the subjects of "Mental Health Education", "Japanese" and "Russian" in the categories of junior high school, high school and secondary vocational culture courses will not be tested in the written test subject 3 "Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability", and will be assessed together with the interview; 4. The registration verifies the candidate's mobile phone number. Each mobile phone number can only be registered once, and you need to receive SMS verification first. If you can't receive the verification code on your mobile phone, you can call the SMS service hotline for help (see China Education Examination Network Registration System). V. Handling of Violations Violations such as candidates forging certificates, certificates, archives and other materials to obtain examination qualifications and test results shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China) and the Amendment (IX) to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Teacher Qualifications (Order No. 188 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), candidates who cheat are not allowed to take the teacher qualification examination again within 3 years. 6. Result Inquiry Candidates can log on to the China Education Examination Network (ntce.neea.edu.cn) to check the results of the written test from April 12, 2024. If candidates have any objections to their written test results, they can submit an application for review to the educational examination agency where the test area is located within 10 working days after the written test results are announced. The results of the feedback after the review will be notified to the candidates by the local educational examination agency. VII. Other matters 1.
