This year, Lishui is very hard. From the economic work conference before Chinese New Year's Eve to the first meeting after February, Lishui is focusing on fighting the economy. This year, Lishui is very "red". From fighting for the economy in the first quarter to winning a "good start" to setting a number of new records in the semi-annual exam, and then to the "annual red" after going all out in 2023, Lishui has never slackened.

If there is one word to describe Lishui in 2023, it must be "fighting". From the government, business associations, enterprises, financial institutions and even village (community) front-line personnel, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, they are all working for a common goal: to fight for the economy.
As early as 4 days before the Chinese New Year's Eve in 2023, Lishui planned to hold a meeting on economic work in 2023, and shouted for the first time "to reform to power, to innovation to vitality, go all out to fight the economy".
After the Spring Festival, when various places were still thinking about how to develop the economy, Lishui once again took the lead and held the 2023 Lishui Town Comprehensive Reform and Innovation and Economic High-quality Development Ten Actions Promotion Conference. The top 10 actions brewing during the Spring Festival are the New Year gift packages for enterprises.
A series of measures enabled Lishui to hand over a beautiful "report card" in the first half of the year, setting a "six highest", including the number of industrial enterprises reached the highest in the past, the absolute value of industrial investment and industrial technological transformation investment and sales reached the highest in the past year, and 2,745 houses sold in the first half of the year became the town's highest sales volume.
Lishui is still not satisfied. In October this year, Lishui held a conference of entrepreneurs, at which 50 articles of Lishui's economy were released, which was regarded as the "ceiling" of Lishui's policies to promote economic development in the past three years.
Then, in December this year, on December 27, Lishui held an economic work conference and issued the "Fifty Practical Manuals for "Fighting the Economy", proposing five major actions for agricultural economic development, deploying the 2024 economic plan in advance, and laying the foundation for a good start to the new year.

In May this year, the "One Ring Digital Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Belt" was officially released, and a 15-kilometer-long industrial belt shaped like a "koi" was unveiled.
A number of innovation platforms and enterprises such as Zhongfa Zhaochuang Science and Technology Park have seized the first place.
Under the planning and deployment, Lishui has set off a wave of scientific and technological innovation, and various platforms and high-quality resources have been accelerated. In June this year, Minmetals Zhan New Industrial Park was signed, and the world's top 500 "fierce generals" were added to the Lishui First Ring Digital Science and Technology Innovation Belt; in the same month, the first phase of the Hongcheng Hechuang (Nanhai) Smart Industrial Park and the Foshan Guanggong University Research Institute (Lishui) Accelerator Project were officially opened, and 12 new enterprises were officially signed and settled; or in June, the Provincial Academy of Sciences accelerated the workstation settled in Lishui, adding a "new force" to the First Ring Science and Technology Innovation Belt.
More than innovation, financial empowerment. Economic development is inseparable from financial support. This year, Lishui has stepped up in the financial field, launching the "Lishui Town Financial Supermarket" and connecting the government, banks and enterprises in sub-districts, etc., just to let more financial water flow to the real economy.
In October this year, the Lishui Finance Association was officially established. Since then, the major institutions in the financial field of Lishui have a "mother's home" in Lishui, and the real economy of Lishui has more powerful financial support.
Statistics show that from January to November 2023, there were 1,069 new loan enterprises in Lishui, and the balance of loans of financial institutions was 50.455 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.09%, with a net increase of 13.825 billion yuan. The financial "living water" empowers the real economy and strengthens the confidence of enterprises in development.
From the whole area of land consolidation to the reform of public capital
Continuously creating "Satosui samples"
On November 24, the third phase of the Fengyong Village Vacant Project was demolished, which was the first project in the South China Sea to use the combination of "land vouchers + housing vouchers + green vouchers".
Up to now, Lishui has completed a total of 1,165 acres of inefficient construction land, obtained 329 acres of construction land indicators, and is expected to collect 4 green coupons, 2 land coupons, and 1 housing coupons by the end of the year, becoming one of the towns and streets in Nanhai with the most three coupons. By taking the initiative to explore the vacated plots, forming a vacated bottom account, fully tapping the potential, and setting a benchmark, the "Lishui sample" was gradually formed.
It is worth mentioning that Lishui is also the first town in the South China Sea to complete the addition of cultivated land, and the Huasui Yungu Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in the town is the first project in Foshan to invest in the restoration and construction of cultivated land. In terms of industrial reform projects, Lishui is also in full bloom, and a total of 5 industrial zone projects of more than 500 acres have been launched this year, covering an area of 3,000 acres. Through vigorous reform, Lishui has initially achieved the goal of more contiguous agglomeration of construction land, more integrated and improved quality of agricultural land, and more beautiful ecological space.
Lishui can also be called a sample of Foshan town, as well as the reform and development of the public capital system. In July, Lishui announced that the total public assets of the town in the first half of the year reached 11.983 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.55%, the foreign investment in the first half of the year was 2.832 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 198.42%, and the revenue in the first half of the year was 221 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.47%. In the next three years, Lishui will strive to double the scale of public assets to 20 billion yuan, operating income of 600 million yuan per year, total foreign investment of 4 billion yuan, infrastructure construction investment of 6 billion yuan, and completion of land preparation of 2,000 acres.
The "Lishui sample" of land consolidation in the whole area has gradually taken shape
This year, there are many breakthroughs and innovations in Lishui. In October this year, Jinsha Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, and Lishui jointly held the Guangzhou-Foshan "Qingchuang Cup" Football Invitational Tournament, which was the first cross-town street football event in Guangzhou-Foshan (Baiyun Nanhai). On the last working day of 2023, Jinsha Street in Baiyun District signed a framework agreement on cooperation and co-construction with Lishui Town, becoming the first group of town-level cooperation released by the Guangzhou Metropolitan Area Plan.

On December 28, 2021, the Lishui Commando Team, which gathered the best soldiers in the town, was officially established. This year is a year of great development of Lishui's cultural industry. Since the Spring Festival, the water flower market and the red mountain jumping fire held in Lishui have attracted the attention of the whole country, and the water flower market has been on CCTV for the fourth time. In April, the Spartan Warrior Race (Guangdong Station) attracted 4,000 warriors to participate in the competition. In the same month, the hiking and camping season on Xianlu Island attracted many residents from the Greater Bay Area. During the "May Day" period, the turnover of Lishui's retail industry exceeded 50 million yuan, the passenger flow exceeded 500,000 people, and the catering turnover was 140 million yuan.
In May, the "Lishui Flower Moonlight Night" night tour project officially set sail. Then, in June, the Lishui River Open Co-creation Plan was officially implemented.
