1. Performance of duties

(2) Solidly arm the theory, build a solid "ideological embankment", and consolidate the organizational foundation. The first is to carry out in-depth education on the theme of learning Xi implementing the central government's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, insist on casting the soul with learning and increasing wisdom with learning, organize X theoretical Xi, take the lead in carrying out seminars and exchanges X times, and guide party members to formulate more than X study and Xi plans. Second, there is a problem
(1) There is still a gap in the implementation of responsibilities. The intensity of investment in the work of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, especially in the building of a clean and honest party style, has not been sufficiently studied, and the study has not been carried out in depth in implementing the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly administering the party and fulfilling the duties of the first responsible person, and the supervision and inspection, follow-up and questioning, and leading role of the responsibility system for the building of the party's work style and clean government have not been effective. Some member enterprises and production units of the party organization secretary to perform the responsibility of the first responsible person and the team members to perform the "one post and two responsibilities" consciousness is not strong, there are still many business work to worry about and guide, strict management of the party and the party is less attentive and forceful, and the energy devoted to the comprehensive and strict governance of the party and the party building work is not large enough.
(2) There are still risks in building a clean government. Formalism and bureaucracy still exist to varying degrees in some member enterprises and group departments, and a small number of party members and cadres have the idea of emphasizing the economic benefits of enterprises and ignoring the construction of party style and clean government. There are still blocking points in the comprehensive force of not wanting to be corrupted, some party members and cadres are not correct enough in terms of discipline and style changes, a small number of functional department employees still have a tendency to change their style when performing their inspection duties, and the supervision and prevention of integrity risks at the grassroots level also need to continue to penetrate.
(3) There are still blind spots in strict supervision. Supervision has not yet changed from "tangible coverage" to "effective coverage", supervision needs to be deepened and practical to make a deterrent force, the frequency and effect of embedded group development supervision is not obvious, highlight the key points, focus on the "key minority", and promote the concretization, precision and normalization of political supervision need to be continuously strengthened. The implementation of "re-supervision" still needs to make efforts, track and promote the implementation of the group's safety production responsibility, and the supervision of the implementation of safety production work of grassroots district teams is weak. There are blind spots in the supervision of party members and cadres outside the eight hours, there is little contact and communication with their families, and there are still weaknesses in all-round supervision and management.
(4) There is still a gap in organizational construction. There are still unsolid, non-standardized, and unbalanced phenomena in the grass-roots party building work, and some party organizations have deviations in their understanding of the education and management of party members, regard the education and management of party members as "soft" indicators, and pay insufficient attention to the emerging and tendentious problems that usually exist among some party members and cadres, and small problems have evolved into big hidden dangers. The degree of integration between the party building work and the central work is not high, and some party organizations carry out branch life with a single content, rigid form, and poor effect, resulting in the Xi effect of political theory is not obvious, and the application of what is learned is not in place. There are still weak links in the research, judgment and prevention of potential risks in the ideological field under the new situation.
Third, the next step
(1) Firmly arm ourselves with theories and build a solid political foundation. Comprehensively implement the responsibility system for ideological work, strengthen ideological and theoretical arming, adhere to the "first topic" system, and continue to study and Xi implement the spirit of the XX National Congress of the Party and the spirit of a series of important speeches by the central leadership of the Party Committee with carriers such as the Xi of the Party Committee's theoretical study and the central group's centralized study Xi, "three meetings and one lesson", and theme party days, and persist in Xi implementing the central government's theme education on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and transform it into a powerful force and vivid practice to strengthen ideals, temper party spirit and guide practice, and promote work.

(3) Strengthen the construction of a clean and honest government, and strictly enforce discipline. Deepen the education of party style and clean government, do a good job in the promotion and education of the culture of integrity, analyze and prevent the risk of clean government, expand the three-year action of integrity, carry out the annual activities of integrity warning education, and strictly implement the spirit of the eight provisions of the central government and its implementation rules. Strengthen key supervision in key areas, make good use of the "four forms" to do practical and detailed daily supervision, continue to deepen the governance of micro-corruption at the grassroots level, enhance the effectiveness of supervision and discipline accountability, effectively integrate and promote the "three non-corruptions", and continue to improve the effectiveness of positive practices and discipline.
(4) Enhance hard work and responsibility, and promote the development of enterprises. Give full play to the role of political guidance and political guarantee in the comprehensive and strict governance of the party, further promote the deep integration of the construction of party style and clean government and the operation and management of the group, and strictly implement the rules of procedure of the party committee and the decision-making system of "three major and one major" matters.
