1. Control areas for the start and finish of the race:
(1) From 8:00 on December 28, 2023 to 00:00 on December 31, 2023, the site will be built on Guanjing Road (Haigeng Hall Road Section), with a height limit of 4.6 meters for the starting and ending arches.
(2) From 8:00 on December 29, 2023 to 5:00 on December 31, 2023, Haihong Road (Dianchi Road-Hairun Road) will be set up as a venue.
(3) From 00:00 to 16:00 on December 31, 2023, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented on Yinghai Road (west side of the north gate of Tingtao Yayuan - Guanjing Road), Guanjing Road (Hongta West Road - Zhakou Road), and Hongta West Road (Gate 1 of Hongta Sports Center - Guanjing Road). Except for vehicles that are allowed to enter the restricted area with an event pass, other vehicles (motorized vehicles, non-motorized vehicles) are prohibited from passing in both directions, and traffic diversion is implemented on relevant peripheral roads.
(4) From 5:00 to 16:00 on December 31, 2023, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented on Dianchi Road (Frontier Road - the main gate of Haigeng Park), Yinghai Road (Dianchi Road - Guanjing Road), Guanjing Road (Zhakou Road - Wanghai Road), Hongta West Road (Dianchi Road - Guanjing Road) and the roads in the enclosed area. Except for vehicles that are allowed to enter the restricted area with an event pass, other vehicles (motorized vehicles, non-motorized vehicles) are prohibited from passing in both directions, and traffic diversion is implemented on relevant peripheral roads.
2. Track control section:
From 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented in both directions of the track section at different times and sections, and other unrelated vehicles (motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles) will be prohibited from passing during the control time, except for vehicles allowed to enter the controlled area with event passes, and traffic diversion will be implemented on relevant roads on the periphery. 3. Except for staff with special certificates for the event, passers-by must obey the instructions of the personnel on duty and are not allowed to enter the race track and related control areas.
4. During the traffic control period, it is strictly forbidden to park unrelated vehicles on the roads in the control area.
5. Vehicles passing through the starting and finishing areas of the event (Haigeng area) can choose Gaohai Expressway, Gaohai Expressway Auxiliary Road, Xifu Road, Frontier Road, Qianwei West Road, Renze Road, Xihai Road, Jinhe Road, Haihong Road (Hairun Road - Qianwei West Road) and other roads to detour;
6. The buses passing through the above roads will be temporarily suspended during the traffic control period, and the specific adjustment will be shown in the stop sign notice.
7. Due to the limited parking resources in the starting and finishing areas of the event, and unrelated vehicles cannot enter the control area during the traffic control period, the contestants and other relevant staff should choose public transportation such as subway in advance according to the control time.
8. Due to the inconvenience caused by traffic control to units, passing vehicles and pedestrians along the route, the general public is requested to understand, adjust the travel time and route in advance, and obey the command of the personnel on duty. The traffic management department of the public security organ will adjust the traffic control according to the situation and organize the resumption of traffic in a timely manner according to the process of the competition and the actual situation on the spot.

Kunming Public Transport will open 6 SCO Kunma customized direct lines
During the 2023 SCO Kunming Marathon, Kunming Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. will make every effort to ensure the safety and smooth holding of the event through measures such as "adjusting routes, opening special lines, and opening ferries".
During the event, 7 bus routes, including No. 86 A, No. 86 B, No. 209, No. K22, No. K28, No. K31 and No. Z134, will be suspended. 169 Road, 24 Road, 32 Road, 44 Road, 53 Road, 73 Road, 94 Road, 106 Road, 171 Road, 183 Road, 256 Road, 264 Road, K50 Road, K51 Road, Z95 Road, Z96 Road, K25 Road, Sightseeing Line 1 and other 18 bus lines will be temporarily adjusted, and will gradually resume normal operation after the traffic control is lifted.
On the day of the event, all contestants can take all the regular bus lines belonging to Kunming Public Transport Group for free with the race number bib. Kunming Public Transport Group will also open a special bus and subway ferry line for the finishers of the 2023 SCO Kunming Marathon, which will send the runners from the "Haigeng Dam Parking Lot" on Guanjing Road to Exit C of the Dam Station of Metro Line 5, with an operating time from 10:00 to 14:00, with a departure every 15 minutes. At the same time, Kunming Public Transport Group will also open 6 customized direct bus lines for the 2023 SCO Kunming Marathon, with a departure interval of 10 minutes. Participants can ride for free by showing their bib number.
