Following the establishment of the "Government Service +" Alliance in Shinan District, Qingdao City, recently, 20 government service convenience service points in Shinan District, including Qingdao New 100 Creative Cultural Industrial Park, have ushered in an exclusive "Nuannan" approval service specialist. The commissioners walked into banks, buildings, parks and business associations to gain an in-depth understanding of the composition and business scope of enterprises in the park, collect the demands of the masses of government services for the help enterprises, and realize that the enterprises can enjoy high-quality government services integrating approval services, policy answers and problem solving without leaving the building, and further promote the upgrading of grassroots government services "nearby".

Within a week after the establishment of the alliance, the commissioner immediately visited 20 convenient service points in the alliance, collected 16 items in three categories of business needs, carried out targeted policy publicity activities 2 times, guided the administrative examination and approval application 2 times, and answered all kinds of business inquiries more than 20 times on a daily basis.
Convenient service points "turned" up. On December 20th, in the conference room of Qingdao Haitian Center, a lecture on the approval service policy full of dry goods was in full swing. In order to serve and ensure the approval needs of enterprises, the Shinan District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau actively played the role of Haitian Center as a convenient service point, and linked the "gold medal team" of major projects of Qingdao administrative examination and approval services, and interpreted the practical content of the existing building decoration and renovation construction permits for more than 20 settled enterprises on the spot, answered questions one-on-one, and won unanimous recognition and praise from the enterprises. For the convenience of bank government services and convenience service points, the Shinan District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau has carried out centralized business training for 17 bank outlets, and comprehensively guided the staff of the outlets to carry out the agency services for enterprise start-up.

After understanding the needs of the enterprises at the convenience service point of Huatong Zhonglian Yunxin Industrial Park, the "Nuannan" examination and approval service commissioner immediately gave policy answers and guidance to help.
