Lu Junyi was originally a well-known hero in Hebei. He is hearty and heroic by nature, but he is also a very compassionate person. Whenever he heard that a lonely elderly person or a helpless child was being humiliated, he would not hesitate to come forward to help.
It's just that the peaceful life didn't last long, the legend about Liangshan intensified, and Song Jiang and others had already set their sights on this hero in order to strengthen their power, and designed to pull him into the gang. Unexpectedly, the appearance of a teenager disrupted the process of his original plan.
It was a rainy summer day. Lu Junyi was sitting in the flower hall drinking tea, and suddenly heard a quarrel outside. He put down the teacup and walked quickly to the door, only to see several Zhuang Ding beating a ragged teenager. Although the young man was thin and weak, he was not afraid, and he was fighting Zhuang Ding one by one.
Lu Junyi was furious and reprimanded, and the Zhuang Ding were startled and hurriedly knelt down to apologize. Lu Junyi stepped forward and helped the boy up. I saw that his face was pale, his lips were purple, and he looked like he was hungry and cold, but he still refused to fall.
Lu Junyi felt pity in his heart, and hurriedly ordered someone to help the young man into the house and give him medicine and bandage. The young man finally couldn't support it anymore and told Lu Junyi about his life experience. It turned out that he was an orphan named Yan Qing, who had been living on the streets since he was a child, and could only live by begging every day.
After hearing this, Lu Junyi couldn't help but remember that he had also experienced hardships in his youth, lost his parents since he was a child, and was rescued by his wife's family. Without thinking about it at the moment, he took Yan Qing back to the mansion and arranged a place for him to live and eat.

Perhaps, as the poem says, he will eventually "get rid of the dust and spend the rest of his life in freedom." On the night Yan Qing said goodbye to Liangshan, he sat alone by the lake, staring at the blue night sky.
He remembered his life in just over ten years, the ups and downs of fate. He experienced the hardships of wandering on the streets, and was blessed by Lu Junyi. He was full of good expectations for the future, but he was sober and desperate under the cruel blow of reality.
And now, he has finally found his own way out. Despite the loneliness, at least there is freedom to speak of. Yan Qing couldn't help but chuckle. He understands that the day when ideals and beliefs will eventually be scattered, only by sticking to oneself will he not be trapped by the world.
