The experience started from more than ten years ago, first of all, I would like to talk about an idea more than ten years ago, the idea is: how can a person without a company, no team, no cost can continue to earn 2 million a year?

This suggestion was adopted by me, and at that time I chose a track that I was good at, "human resources", and made a public platform named "HR Business School", which was later changed to the current name "HR New Logic" because of policy needs.

I remember that from the registration of the official account to the official account with 300,000 fans, it took me 2 years, this process is very difficult to be honest, the difficult thing is to write and push new content to fans every day, and also pay attention to fan messages, look at their comments, and constantly adjust the direction of the content, and I take 8 updates every day, 2 of which are my own original output, and the other 6 are authorized to be reprinted by some other platforms.

It's very important to do the content of the official account, and it's even more important to understand the appetite of fans, without good content, I don't know the appetite of fans, basically there will be no fans' attention, and without fans' attention, there will be no confidence to continue to create and update, I use what I do is to do my best, do it 365 days a day, and do what fans like. This plan forced me to write, edit, read comments, interact with fans every day, communicate with them, and find their favorite content direction.

I have never been able to interrupt the content push, and I have really done it 365 days a day, looking back on this process, those who can persevere, may not have a bad income on the self-media platform this year, but how many people can persevere, I believe that friends who have done the official account should have the same feeling as me.

Persistence and seeing hope is the first step to success, with the hope of persistence, there is a plan to persevere, accept advertising, sell courses This thing is an agreement I made in advance, there are no 100,000 fans who do not accept advertisements and do not sell courses, because I know that the fan base is small, and the number of buyers will not be large, although receiving advertisements can earn more income, but it will also lose some fans, which will make fans disgusted and leave.

How difficult it is to wait until the official account has 100,000 fans, if there is no principle here, it may not be able to withstand the daily disturbance of advertisers, and the advertisers at that time we came into contact with were basically small advertisers, and there was not much money to give, and there were many requirements, most of which were advertisements for micro-businesses and small companies. So in the first year, there was almost no income except for traffic and reward income, and in the second year, it finally broke through 100,000 fans, and the growth rate of fans every day rose at a rate of hundreds or thousands, and it began to be commercialized.

But then the fans have been rising, and it has risen to nearly 600,000, but the income has stayed at about 2 million, as if it is really difficult to break the growth by selling courses and receiving advertisements, and I have also found a lot of people to consult on this matter, saying: If you have 600,000 public account fans, what will you do? How can you make 3 million to 5 million a year? To be honest, there are many answers and suggestions, but they are not suitable for me, I can only rely on my own research and exploration, until one day I feel that I am doing the same thing every day, and I am very unhappy. I feel very boring, and I can't help but do it, and I can't find a new breaking point, maybe this is the bottleneck period of career or entrepreneurship, to be honest, there was a period of time when it was doing content or advertising or thinking about innovation, I was very careless, and I was a little like going with the flow, treating him as a job at work rather than a career I was creating, and I felt that the income was not bad, but I had to write manuscripts, find advertisements, sell courses, and I couldn't do without the computer for almost 10 hours a day, and this thing was entangled for a long time。

Later, I don't know where I saw a sentence, this sentence says, "When you feel that you have encountered a bottleneck now, you can ask the people around you, do you like my job, do you like my income? Do you envy it? Say: If someone likes it, some people are willing, and some people envy it, you can give this job to him boldly, let him do it well, free up all your time, and you can restart a thing that can make you excited and interested and passionate."

This content finally helped me to get rid of it, It also broke the game, and let me really understand, I can find someone who likes to do this thing to do it instead of me, I can do what I think I like more, I have a new idea, I started recruitment interviews, recruitment interviews, I interviewed dozens of people in more than a month, and then I really found an editor who is stronger than me to replace my job, in terms of income, I gave him a salary 1.5 times higher than his original income, he decisively resigned from Shanghai and came to Changzhou, and is still there, and is still helping me take care of this self-media company and also serve as the editor-in-chief of the platform.

Although the overall income of my self-media company has not improved in the past few years, it is much better than putting all my energy and time there. After he came, my time was all back to myself.

Since then, I have started to open up a new track, registered a management consulting company, specializing in providing some management consulting services for enterprises, I didn't expect the consulting work to get started, let me love it, I like to chat with the boss, talk to the boss about management, in order to be sure to do a good job in the consulting business, I have read nearly 3,000 business books in a few years, and also wrote more than a dozen books on management. After the book came out, I used the book as a business card and spent half of my time every week going out to find customers, send books, talk about management, and talk about consultants, so I earned more than 1 million yuan in the first year.

At this time, I am also a small boss of two companies, the combined income of the two companies exceeded 2 million, which can be regarded as a success in breaking the game, and then I continued to take root in the consulting field, from renting an office to buying an office, from the initial 120,000 a year consulting fee, to 240,000 a year, 480,000 a year, 960,000 a year, 1.2 million a year, etc.

In the past few years, I have made some money, after having money, I like a keyword "angel investor", I always think that those who do investment, how cool to see, and then I began to lay out the field of equity investment, and also registered an investment company, in this whole process, I can say that there is still no team, most of them are on their own, on me alone, because my consulting services are different from the consulting in the market, and it is really difficult to find this kind of consulting partner who can do what I do.

Therefore, if you want to continue to grow your income, you can only continue to increase the price filter, this price increase filter is to have confidence, if the services provided have not changed, the knowledge provided has not changed, and the direction of consulting provided has not changed, it is difficult to raise the price. I have changed from management consulting to strategy consulting, from strategy consulting to today's IPO escort consulting services, my services have been changing, so the value provided has been changing, and the price has been changing.

With the transformation of consulting services, the value output is changing, and the price is constantly rising, at this time, some companies have some pressure on the payment, and have given up a lot of enterprises, and now they would rather do one a year, not want to do ten a year, before they were to provide consulting, if you have any questions, now they are accompanying consulting, and now they are consulting services like corporate partners, so the companies I choose now are high-quality enterprises, growing and innovative enterprises, and enterprises that may be listed in the next three to five years. If the company is under a lot of pressure to pay, I will use a part of the consulting fee to replace a part of the company's equity to participate and accompany for a long time. Up to now, it has also successfully participated in nearly 10 companies, becoming their shareholder partners, their long-term strategic consultants, and listing escort mentors.
