In order to optimize classroom teaching, strengthen the construction of the teaching team, and promote the professional growth of young teachers, recently, the Central School of Maliu Town, Ziyang County, launched the "Hundreds of Battles to Show Style, Promote Teaching and Growth" young teachers competition and teaching activities.

The teachers who participated in this competition took respecting the main position of students and cultivating students' disciplinary literacy as the starting point, refined the teaching theme, highlighted the guidance of thinking, streamlined the teaching process, and highlighted student activities.

The competition was divided into 4 groups, and 22 teachers from Maliu Town Central School participated. Provincial and municipal teaching experts Liu Yong, Cheng Benping, Zhu Chengting, and Li Youhui were invited to comment and guide.
