Once you have a team, you have to start looking for a place. "At that time, the company didn't have much start-up capital, and in the early days, the school teacher lent us a laboratory, which was on the first floor, which was very humid. Bo Zhiyuan recalled, however, that laboratory did not stay long, and this group of entrepreneurial young people graduated.
In 2015, there were no office buildings and commercial areas around the Minhang Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. However, it just so happened that "Bay Zero" was about to be built soon, so it was logical that the company became one of the first batch of enterprises to settle in "Bay Zero". "At that time, there was only one building in Bay Zero, so the company rented a small office and started a business. ”
As an entrepreneurship project for college students, the development process of "light stream" is also one step at a time. In the initial stage, Shanghai Jiaotong University provided 8 free desks for it, and then became the first paying customer of Qingliu.
Bo Zhiyuan, CEO of the company, said that as the core product of the enterprise, the digital products and services adopted by "Qingliu" are no-code/low-code technology routes. Advocate through a small amount of code or even no code programming, through simple operations such as "drag, pull, drag" combined with artificial intelligence technology, like building blocks to complete the construction of the business management system of the enterprise modularly. Eight years in the business has allowed this start-up that has grown in Bay Zero to quickly grow into a leader in its field. At present, the company has received six rounds of financing, and in 2021, the company will complete nearly 100 million yuan in Series B financing.
In this fresh track, the founding team of "Light Stream" is younger than imagined, Bo Zhiyuan, who serves as the founder and CEO, is a post-90s, and the other two founders have just passed the age of establishment, based on this young track, the company also has a lot of young people, and the average age of employees is less than 30 years old.
