The Xuhui Workers' Workshop is one of the practical projects of the Xuhui District Federation of Trade Unions in 2023, which includes the contents of the Xuhui Teaching Point of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.
Appointment-based classes are delivered to 139 grassroots unions
It is understood that this year, there are 139 grassroots trade unions in Xuhui District that accept the distribution service of Hui Classroom (public welfare and happy learning teaching point), including 14 trade union federations in the park (building and business district), 18 joint trade unions, and 28 trade unions of non-public enterprises, truly realizing the goal of "home service".
In order to further expand the service channels, the District Federation of Trade Unions has set up teaching points in 2024 in business districts such as Meiluojia Academy, West Bank Digital Valley, and Wutong Space.
Courses
The curriculum focuses on workers from all walks of life
Kangjian Street Express Takeaway Brother Group took a cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid operation class, Changqiao Street security, cleaning, express delivery and other groups participated in the Mid-Autumn Festival blessing moon cake making course, and Hui Classroom planned a variety of courses for employee groups in different industries.
In addition to paying attention to the workers in the new industry, Hui Classroom has fully covered the 5 grassroots trade unions of the sanitation system in Xuhui District, and sent courses such as the theme of Women's Day and the theme of Red Literary and Artistic Works on the Party Day of July 1st; for the employees of the medical system, the 11 grassroots trade unions of the medical system in the district have sent tailor-made festival joy distribution services such as the International Nurses' Day; for the employees of the Xuhui education system, a special activity month was planned and held, 6 times a week and lasted for 4 weeks, and the communication and exchange were built for the teachers and staff of Xuhui. For the first time this year, during the May Day period, a series of courses were held for grassroots trade union workers and trade union activists in the region.
The Hui Classroom project continues to innovate and extend, and has become an effective platform for incubating employees' cultural and sports interest classes. The online series Xi of classes are self-studying, and the offline salon communicates with each other, and has successfully organized introductory classes of backgammon, beginner classes and Chinese painting classes. After the introductory and beginner class training, the first Xuhui Staff Goloku Competition was successfully held in October before the Fifth National Mind Games.
Online schools improve information services
In March this year, the online school platform of Hui Classroom was launched, realizing the online access of Hui Classroom course menus and teacher introductions, and the online recording and broadcasting of courses, which can facilitate employees to learn Xi anytime and anywhere, and also build a platform for the display of excellent cultural and sports activities of grassroots trade unions, and a forum platform for trade union workers to communicate with each other.
It is reported that at present, the platform has attracted more than 4,300 people. On the basis of retaining the traditional courses such as "our festival" Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Women's Day, and Red May, the theme course has excavated and launched the Mid-Autumn Festival series, June 1st and summer parent-child series, July 1st Party Day series and other courses, and added the "Green-Flower Source" family gardening experience hall training point under Xufang Group, and set up new e-sports courses.
The Xuhui District Federation of Trade Unions said that in 2024, the Hui Classroom Project will continue to focus on the function of "workers' school and paradise" in accordance with the overall deployment, carefully create courses that employees love, and build a multi-resource and multi-channel output platform around "big school, big stage, big family, and big platform", wholeheartedly serve the grassroots trade unions, expand the number of service industry groups, and continue to incubate more staff cultural and sports interest teams, so as to make the Xuhui Workers' Hui Classroom more down-to-earth and more vibrant.
