More importantly, the ambitions of the US side do not stop there; judging from the recent relevant news, the US side is no longer satisfied with arms sales to Taiwan, and the next step may be even more dangerous. In the letter, Gallagher went so far as to claim that the United States needs to quickly rebuild the "deterrence arsenal" for the so-called "arming of Taiwan."
