At the beginning of the new year and the renewal of Vientiane, on December 27, sponsored by the Chengcheng County Federation of Trade Unions and the Chengcheng County Culture and Tourism Bureau, the 2024 poetry recital of "The Rhyme of Ancient Signs, Welcoming New Year's Day" hosted by the Chengcheng County Cultural Center and the Chengcheng County Workers' Cultural Palace was successfully held in the multi-functional activity room on the fourth floor of the County Workers' Cultural Palace.
During the event, the reciters opened the first dawn of the new year with their energetic state, beautiful and intoxicating poems, and soul-touching voices. In the process of recitation, whether the reciter is a beautiful poem or a majestic poem, every recitation is sounded into the hearts of the people, making us full of yearning for a better life.
This poetry recital, with a clear theme and ingenious conception, allowed people to cultivate their sentiments, temperament, and moral character while enjoying the program, further promoted the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, improved the cultural literacy of the majority of reciters in the county, and enriched their spiritual and cultural life.
