IT Home reported on December 28 that today, the first sodium-electric model of Jiangling Yizhi EV3 Youth Edition officially rolled off the assembly line at the new energy energy factory of Jiangling Group, which is the first sodium-ion battery A00-level model cooperated by Funeng Technology and Jiangling Group New Energy Vehicles, with a pure electric range of 251km.
According to Funeng Technology, the energy density of the sodium battery currently put into production is 140-160Wh/kg, and the battery cells have passed a number of tests such as acupuncture/overcharge/overdischarge/extrusion/soaking, and the battery pack has reached the NO TP standard, and the discharge capacity retention rate of -20°C can reach more than 91%, and the cycle life can meet the needs of new energy passenger vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles.
According to the plan, Funeng Technology plans to launch the second generation of sodium batteries with an energy density of 160-180Wh/kg next year and a new generation of sodium batteries with an energy density of 180-200Wh/kg in 2026.
Referring to a previous report by IT House, the JMC Yizhi EV3 Youth Edition was launched on October 19 and is divided into four models:
- The price of the 251km standard model is 52,800 yuan
- The price of the 251km comfort model is 58,800 yuan
- The price of the 320km comfort model is 62,800 yuan
- The price of the 320km luxury model is 66,800 yuan
In terms of appearance, the size of this new car is 3720*1640*1535mm, and the wheelbase is 2390mm, which has the advantage of the same level of body width. It adopts a refined and fashionable design style as a whole, and is also equipped with a class-exclusive "Lingxi" front grille LED dynamic light strip.
In addition, the vehicle is equipped with 15-inch multi-spoke wheels with Chaoyang Radial RP26 series tires in size 175/60.

The taillights of this model still have a two-tone layout, with a red light source wrapped around a white turn signal cluster, and a large black area with a silver skid plate on the rear bumper.
