Niu Baozheng is different from other prison guards, he never treats them harshly, and he is all on business. After understanding, the party members learned that Niu Baozheng was also from a poor family and came to Beiping with his relatives to beg for a living.
The reason why he was able to be a small leader in prison was all due to his cousin, who was the captain of the local gendarmerie, Niu Bao was a down-to-earth person, and he did a good job in prison, so he was soon promoted to squad leader.
Just when the party members were thinking about how to get closer to Niu Baozheng, Niu Baozheng took the initiative to find the Communist Party members in prison for help.
It turned out that Niu Baozheng's old mother in his hometown was sick, and he wanted his younger siblings to take care of his mother, but the problem was that he was illiterate and could not write letters, so he could only ask for help from the prisoners here.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the founding fathers who had been rescued by Niu Baozheng from Caolanzi Prison all hoped to find their benefactors, but they had too little information in their hands and could only ask the central government for help.
After learning of this, the central government also believed that such a revolutionary hero should be given corresponding honors and rewards, so he searched around the whole of Shandong, and there was only one person who matched the description, but this person's identity was very sensitive, and he was a political prisoner under control.
