About the concept of Obi

As the founders of Alpha Concept in Hong Kong for 20 years, Ng Chung Hong and Ngan Hok Tim have carefully crafted an internationally renowned design firm with storytelling and multi-layered spatial design, delicate techniques and precise positioning. They don't have a specific style of design, they only focus on the tailor-made design of each project, and integrate and interpret the different cultures and backgrounds represented by each project to interpret the unique story of each piece. Today, their designs can be found in luxury hotels, restaurants and bars, high-end residences, and other commercial establishments around the world.

ABI Concept has won a number of internationally renowned design awards and honors in the industry, including the Golden Key of the Year Award, the Hotel Design Award, and the International Hotel and Real Estate Award.

Ng Chung Hong – Founder

A graduate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ng has 25 years of experience in the interior design of internationally renowned hotels, state-of-the-art residences, and first-class dining and commercial spaces. His works are inspired by local cultural Xi and natural aesthetics, using modern interpretations to interpret tradition and heritage. Yan Xuetian - Founder

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Tim is adept at using clear logical concepts and artistic skills to create sophisticated and elegant designs. In 2010, Hospitality Design selected Ngan as one of the winners of the Wave of the Future Award in recognition of his design originality and outstanding skills.
