The Red River Valley Forest Park is indeed located in Yingtou Town, Meixian County, Shaanxi Province, at the northern foot of the main peak of Taibai Mountain. The park is about 120 kilometers away from Xi'an, about 60 kilometers away from Baoji City, and the entrance of the park is about 26 kilometers away from Xiaban Temple.
