3.2. If the transaction is made by transfer, open the bill details and there is no [Beneficiary's Business Card] button, then you can click [Have doubts about this order] - [How to contact the beneficiary].
4. Enter the [How to contact the payee] page, click [Complaint payee] below, and the WeChat official will intervene to help deal with it. If the amount is large, you can call the police if necessary, and the police and WeChat officials will jointly intervene to deal with it.
