Coincidentally, Ms. Wu, a consumer in Ningbo, Zhejiang, told reporters:
"On November 9, I used Alipay to scan the code at the Dayu convenience store near the Oriental Pearl in Shanghai to rent a shared power bank of a street electricity brand, and when I was going to return it, I found three nearby stores on the street electricity map, but when I arrived, I found that none of the stores existed, and the customer service could not be contacted. In the end, Ms. Wu used other map apps to navigate and went to the fourth store to return.

The reporter went to the rentable store "Shuntianfu Supermarket (Dongdajie Store)" displayed in its small program, and did not find the brand's shared charging treasure cabinet machine, and the staff also said that there was no shared charging treasure for rent.

The WeChat applet of small electric charging shows that the business hours of the store located at No. 70 South West Fourth Ring Road, Beijing "Xingji Meat Sandwich Bun" are "17:18-17:18", and the reporter found that the business hours of the store are "6:00-20:30".
The WeChat applet shows that it is located on the 2nd floor of Jinjie, Wanda Plaza, Fengke Road, Beijing, and the business hours of the nail salon are "24 hours a day", and the reporter consulted the clerk and learned that the store's business hours are from 10 am to 10 pm.
The WeChat mini-program shows that the business hours of the "Douxiangyuan Soybean Milk Shop (Firewood, Rice, Oil and Salt)" located on Yihai South Road, Xincun Street, Beijing are "00:00-23:59", and the store clerk told reporters that the business hours of their store are from 6 am to 10 pm.
There is an error between the address and the actual address displayed by the street electricity and eight borrowing charging WeChat applets
The WeChat applet of Jiedian shows that the "Beiwo Children's Paradise" located in Beijing Yitonglong Wanfeng Shopping Center is on the 2nd floor of the mall, and the reporter turned around on the 2nd floor for a quarter of an hour and did not find it, and finally found the store on the 3rd floor of the mall.

The store pictures and actual street scenes displayed by Monster Charging and Beidian Technology's WeChat applet are "not right"

The call's WeChat applet shows that there are many stores in "COFCO Mall" that can rent shared power banks, but the address is displayed as "Fengtai District Underground One" and other unspecific addresses, and the reporter tried to navigate according to the map, but he couldn't find it.

The map positioning of the Sodian and Xiudian WeChat Mini Programs is inaccurate
The reporter opened the WeChat applet of Sodian in Fengtai District, Beijing and clicked "Nearby Sodian", but most of the store information displayed was in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the reporter returned to the homepage again and found that Sodian had located the reporter's address in Chaoyang District by default, and he had to actively select the address in the Sodian map in order to locate it accurately.

"The merchant map shows that the store can return the shared power bank but in fact it cannot, which infringes on the consumer's right to know and is suspected of constituting false advertising. Consumers return the shared charging treasure according to the display of the merchant map, which is to consume according to the promotional content of the merchant, but the result cannot be returned, and the merchant is suspected of defrauding consumers. ”
"Due to the false store provided by the merchant, the consumer cannot return the shared power bank on time, and the costs incurred during this period should be borne by the merchant himself and should not be charged to the consumer. If the merchant map keeps showing a fake store and the consumer cannot return it, and the billing is still ongoing at this time, it is an obvious forced transaction behavior. Wu Jingming's analysis believes that the problem of fake stores consumes consumers' time and energy, and if they drive or take public transportation, they may also incur monetary costs, and merchants should compensate consumers.
Wu Jingming believes: "If the existence of a fake store is intentional by the merchant, in this way, consumers cannot return the shared power bank in time and continue to charge, which is to obtain illegal income by infringing on the property rights of consumers." Based on the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, if the merchant has such behavior, not only should not charge any fees to the consumer, but also bear all the losses. ”
Solve many problems such as the business hours displayed by the merchant Mini Program are inconsistent with the actual business hours, the address is not specific, and the map positioning is inaccurate. Wu Jingming said that this not only infringes on consumers' right to know, but also infringes on consumers' right to fair trade. At the same time, if it is suspected of constituting consumer fraud, consumers may require the merchant to bear the responsibility of "refund one and compensate three" in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law.
