Baihe County is located in the south of Shaanxi, the east of Ankang, the south of Yiba Mountain, the north of Hanshui, the west of Xunyang, surrounded by Chu on three sides, is the lowest point in the province, known as "Qintou Chuwei" and "Little Hankou" reputation. In recent years, relying on the unique advantages of ecological resources and adhering to the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", Baihe County has concentrated on the development of advantageous industries with agricultural characteristics, deeply excavated rural culture, and taken multiple measures to promote the in-depth integration and development of agriculture and tourism, so as to empower rural revitalization.
Cangshang Town Agricultural and Tourism Integration Demonstration Park, located in Baihe County, began to explore "building a park on the mountain, building a community under the mountain, and farmers becoming workers on the spot" in 2010. By the end of 2022, the total agricultural output value of the park will reach 500 million yuan, 64 enterprises will be cultivated, and 1,100 people will be employed nearby.
The integration of agriculture and tourism realizes the transformation of the park into a scenic spot. Since 2016, the demonstration park has explored and implemented the integrated development path of agriculture and tourism, built the "tea garden", "orchard" and "vegetable garden" as a "park", and built key projects such as agricultural ecological sightseeing park, melon and fruit green corridor experience park, Qijiayuan homestay, leisure farm, Bashan cloud intelligent homestay, etc., combined with the market demand of the health care industry, the construction of mountain trails, bicycle tracks, outward bound training bases, star camping bases, etc., to realize the transformation of agricultural parks into agricultural tourism scenic spots. At the same time, closely following the consumer demand of the tourism market, we will develop a series of products such as agricultural tourism, leisure picking, research and education, rural vacation, sports and health preservation, and constantly enrich and upgrade the accommodation products such as resort hotels, RV camps, characteristic homestays, outdoor tents, etc.;
With production and sales, agricultural products will be transformed into tourism commodities. The demonstration park closely follows the positioning of agricultural products of "tourism commodities and gifts", highlights the high quality of "ecology" and "characteristics", breaks through the traditional agricultural industry business model, carries out supply chain management according to market consumer demand, and builds a complete industrial chain of planting and breeding base, production and processing, packaging and warehousing, and online and offline sales, so as to realize the modernization, efficiency and ecology of agricultural production. Vigorously develop modern agriculture based on crop and flower seedling planting, livestock and poultry breeding, build a number of standardized planting and breeding bases, and continuously improve the level of agricultural mechanization, intelligence, greening, branding and scientific and technological innovation, and successfully create a provincial-level modern agricultural park, a municipal-level "pig marsh park" industrial alliance demonstration park, and a municipal-level agricultural science and technology demonstration park, which has been identified as a county-level circular agriculture aircraft carrier modern agricultural park. Focus on high quality, build a whole-process quality traceability system for agricultural products from the field to the table, strengthen the inspection and testing of agricultural products, and strictly control the quality of agricultural products. With "Lvhua Tianbao" as the unified brand of agricultural products in the demonstration area, a number of landmark products, organic food, green food, etc. have been certified.
Linking agriculture and benefiting farmers, and realizing the transformation of farmers' multiple identities. Focusing on the development goal of revitalizing the village and getting rich, we continue to explore a closer and more effective way of connecting the interests of the demonstration park with the village collective, the new business entity and the farmer, and establish the connection methods of "park + collective economic organization + farmer", "leading enterprise + park + farmer", "company + farmer", industrial and commercial enterprises with agriculture and other connection methods, so as to firmly link the village collective, new business entity and farmer households in the development of the demonstration park.
The demonstration park has explored and established a new mechanism for turning industrial relief assets into equity, and collective economic organizations into shareholders to participate in the construction of rural industries, helping farmers increase their incomes and strengthening their collective economic strength. The demonstration park and the cooperative signed the "production and marketing docking contract", and the cooperative signed the "order agriculture" with the farmers, which effectively solved the problem of the difficulty of the cooperatives and farmers in the sales of agricultural products, realized the organic connection between small farmers and the demonstration park, and deeply implemented the interest connection model such as shareholding dividends, order contracts, labor services, and contracted operations, and farmers shared "dividends" through shareholding operations, "deposits" for order agriculture, "salaries" for employment in the demonstration parks, and "profits" for contracted operations The farmers in the demonstration park continued to increase their income steadily, and the per capita disposable income of farmers was higher than the average level of the county.
In the next step, the Baihe County Agricultural and Tourism Integration Demonstration Park will seize the opportunity of creating a national demonstration park for the integrated development of rural industries, focus on improving quality and efficiency, and create highlights of agricultural and tourism integration based on characteristic agriculture, digital agriculture, and quality agriculture, so as to drive the local people to increase their income and get rich, and help rural revitalization.
